Als langjähriger ABMD Aktionär, finde ich den DEAL gut! Schaut man sich mal die Chart und Quartalszahlen an dann war es die letzten 5-6 Jahre eine ziemliche Achterbahnfahrt (zumindest für mich!). Die Bewertung war immer sehr hoch bei doch niedrigen Umsatzwachstum, gerade in diesem Zinsumfeld hatte ich bedenken, dass wir eine P/E kompression sehen und Kurse von unter $200 ... Die $35 vom CVR sind ja auch noch möglich (erst wohl 2029...). Ich kann auch die Milenstones nicht beurteilen ob die realistisch sind.
