VANCOUVER, BC, March 28, 2019– Sproutly Canada, Inc. (CSE: SPR) (OTCQB: SRUTF) (FSE: 38G) (“Sproutly" or the “Company”), today is responding to a request from the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (“IIROC”) due to the recent trading activity in the Company’s stock.
The Company is currently negotiating with a beverage company regarding a potential partnership to jointly develop and market cannabis-infused beverages (the “Potential Transaction”).
Sproutly remains optimistic that the Potential Transaction will be successfully completed by the end of April, however there can be no assurances that the Potential Transaction will be completed, or completed in a timely manner. In accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, Sproutly will advise the market of any material transaction as it occurs.

bescheid.
und da für die masse nicht klar ist,
um welchen getränkehersteller es sich handelt,
bleibt die frage, ob die informierten den namen
kennen und auch weiterhin bevorteilt sind in der
einschätzung der lage.
