TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE­ / August 1, 2014 / Nevada-bas­ed Modern Mobility Aids, Inc. (OTC Pink: MDRM) (MDRM) (the "Company")­, announced today that it has filed its Quarterly Reports for the periods ended September 30, 2013, December 31, 2013 and March 31, 2014, and that it is now fully compliant with its filing obligation­s to the Securities­ Exchange Commission­. The Company expects to file the Form 10-K Annual Report for the year ended June 30, 2014, within the prescribed­ time period. The Company is now in position to move forward aggressive­ly with its business plan.
