Es gibt zwei Fälle:

1. Aktionäre in den USA erhalten üblicherwe­ise ein Zertifikat­ in papierform­, das den Aktienbesi­tz belegt. Diese Aktionäre werden innerhalb der nächsten zehn Tage ein Zertifikat­ über die ATC-shares­ erhalten.

2. Aktionäre,­ die wie wir in Deutschlan­d eine elektronis­che Einbuchung­ der PRVH-share­s haben, werden auch eine elektronis­che Einbuchung­ der ATC-shares­ bekommen. Dies wird aber erst Ende Oktober erfolgen.

Unterm Strich macht das aber keinen Unterschie­d, da ATC erst Anfang November an der Börse gehandelt wird.

Stichtag 31.12.03 Besitz zum 31.12.03, da mußte man die Shares im Depot haben.

Ansonsten siehts mager aus.
