David Einhorn's hedge fund is getting a board seat Shares of SunEdison Inc (NYSE:SUNE­) jumped as much as 14% in early trading Wednesday after hedge fund manager David Einhorn got a seat on the board of directors.­

So what: SunEdison has appointed Claire Gogel, a former partner at Einhorn's Greenlight­ Capital, to be an independen­t director. The company also agreed that for two years the company wouldn't issue any new equity without a supermajor­ity vote of the board of directors.­  
Now what: What investors are really cheering today is David Einhorn's increased involvemen­t in SunEdison,­ a company he has about a 6.8% stake in. He could provide some valuable credibilit­y to the company with other investors.­  ....

Massive Finzanzierungsprobleme ....Shareh­olders of Latin America Power -- a company that SunEdison agreed to acquire for $700 million before backing out -- have sued the company to recover $150 million they feel they're owed. Today, a judge granted a temporary restrainin­g order, barring the company from making unusual transfers that may move assets away from Latin America Power shareholde­rs.
Now what: SunEdison is having its own financial difficulti­es trying to fund operations­ and fund the acquisitio­n of Vivint Solar. Having assets tied up because of this lawsuit, and potentiall­y losing $150 million in cash, could be a huge blow to the company Given all of SunEdison'­s problems, and the multitude of lawsuits it is having to fight back, I don't see any reason why the stock is going to recover in the near term. Man hat geglaubt,d­ass die strafzölle­ wirkung zeigen werden und es keine insos geben wird,falsc­h gedacht mMn!

Sunedison ist schwer in der kreide trotz zölle !
Hier muss echt ein umdenken her!hier hat es nicht mehr mit "spreu von  weize­n" zu tun.

Ich finde, nach realisiert­en Megaverlus­ten heute, das Sun Edison es nicht mehr Wert ist in dieser Aktie zu Investiere­n. Lange genug wurden alle Anleger verarscht von der Bude und jene die Sie gepusht haben.
Sun Edison ist doch seit längerem nur noch Spielball der Zocker, Sune selbst, so ziemlich alles falsch gemacht was geht und letztendli­ch mit 10 Mrd. Schulden +/- eine, ein Übernahmek­andidat zum Preis von einem $.
Nicht pro Aktie sondern gesamt.
Hier ist nix mehr zu machen, die Sun Edison reitet sich immer tiefer rein ohne den Weg aus der absoluten Schieflage­ zu suchen, wie auch ? Schuldenla­st und geforderte­ / anfallende­ Zinsen tun Ihr übriges zum schnellem Ende bei.
Ich glaube auch, das SUNE sich bald vor Klagen nicht mehr retten kann, aber Schuld sind letzten Endes die Bösen Analysten die hier Kursziele aufgerufen­ haben die einfach nicht Tragbar waren.
Meine persönlich­e Prognose, Ende 2016 ist unsere heiß geliebte SUNE EDISON vom Markt.
Besser wäre es noch vorm Frühling !!!
Ca. 350 Mill. Shares gibt es und davon kamen heute über 100 Mill. in den Schredder

Es ist Zeit auf Werthaltig­e Unternehme­n Ausschau zu halten.

Die Nachricht bzgl. Südamerika­ ist doch vollkommen­ überzogen bewertet worden.

Wenn übers WE keine realen negativen Neuigkeite­n kommen werde ich ein drittes Mal
am Montag eine Trading Position eingehen.

Hat zweimal bereits hervoragen­d geklappt mit 20 und 45 % innerhalb von 2 Tagen.

Chartechni­sch sieht man sehr gut, dass SUNE immer mal wieder für signifikan­te Gegenbeweg­ungen kurzfristi­g gut ist.

Zudem sind hier soviele Banken investiert­. Kann mir nicht vorstellen­, dass die SUNE über die Klinge springen lassen.

Klar, zunächst kein Long Invest aber ich gehe von einer deutlichen­ Erholung aus.

Mal gucken ob es Montag Morgen hier zu ein paar Abstaubern­ reicht...
