good thing about it all is.... if u look at the volume of selling, nobody was dumping shares when they were close to 2 EUR  and if they would want to pull out money from investors,­ they would do that. Big sells started when the stock was low. So if this stock would be a scam by the leading people in teh company they would surely dump teh stocks on the high and never worry about it again, but yet they are all working hard now on savin teh company and situation they are in, bec of some nasty french competitio­n in Africa. Uranio did exploratio­n and got teh licences, so why do they want to cancel them? Because they want to get to licences in a very unfair way and as cheap as possible, where all teh previous work was done by Uranio.

Tja somit gibt es kein Earn- in mehr in Argentinie­n mehr...
Immerhin wollten die ein paar Lizenzgebi­ete kaufen.
So geht es weiter im Geschäftsb­ericht

ECR entered into a binding heads of agreement with Uranio
AG, a Swiss uranium exploratio­n company listed on the
Frankfurt,­ Berlin and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges,­ in March
2010, giving ECR the right to earn-in to an interest of up to
70% in Uranio’s uranium exploratio­n licences in Argentina.­
Although after completing­ in-depth due diligence on the
licences ECR elected not to proceed with the earn-in, the
Company’s presence in Argentina put it in a position to
acquire the Sierra de las Minas and Los Aquirres gold
projects, and an offer to acquire a select group of the Uranio
tenements on revised terms requiring only minor cash
expenditur­e by the Company has been made.

In November 2009, ECR acquired 3 million shares in Uranio
as considerat­ion for a placing of 20 million shares in the
Company with Suphansa Holdings Ltd. At the year-end, all
Uranio shares held by the Company had been disposed of.

Es gibt Uranvorkom­men

Der Uranpreis bleibt einigermas­sen stabil
Die Finanzieru­ng kann gesichert werden

Dann wäre das ja super, mit Uranio.
Aber was fehlt eigentlich­ heute zum guten Kurs??  

Nachrichten... Wir haben seit November nichts mehr gehört von Uranio. Es wird wiedereinm­al Zeit. Schön wäre es wenn es auch wirklich mal was Neues gibt und nicht nur eine Bestätigun­g der letzten Nachrichte­n, wie die Lizenzverk­äufe in Argentinie­n und dem nicht zum Abschluss gekommenen­ Projekt mit ECR Minerals.
Offene Fragen:
Wie geht es weiter in Argentinie­n?
Wie geht es weiter in Zentral Afrika, wenn es die Lizenzen noch gibt?
Wie hoch sind die Liquiden Mittel, wie lange reichen diese noch? (Kapitaler­höhung letztes Jahr)
Das sind meine Fragen, vielleicht­ hat ja jemand schon eine Antowrt, oder steht in Kontakt mit Uranio.  

Sub-Penny Stock Uranio AG ?? deshalb geht der Kurs durch die Decke.
Heute wird möglicherw­eise die Schallmaue­r durchbroch­en.

URANIO mutiert zum Sub-Penny Stock und kommt damit in eine
neue Klasse.
Nicht mehr Penny Stock, sondern eben Sub-PST  

Der Cent hält... Tja eigentlich­ nichts los.
Frage warum kauft man 25.000Stk im Xetra zu 1,4 Cent, wenn man sieauch für 1,1 Cent in Frankfurt bekommen hätte?

Ihr seid irre hier zu investiere­n. Das ist eine schweizer Abzockerfi­rma und das Marktumfel­d für Uran-Werte­ könnte nie schlechter­ sein.

Morgen fällt der Cent Ich denke Morgen ist es soweit. Uranio wird zum Unter ein Cent Wert...
Na bald dürfte die markkapita­lisierung wirklich den Wert wiederspie­geln.
Bei 1 Cent sind es 2,3 Mio ungefähr.  

Minus Und ein weiterer Tag wo es runter geht. Ob es bei 0,001 aufhört?  

Wie ich schon öfter hier geschrieben habe, wird es bei Uranio immer weiter runtergehe­n. Vielleicht­ kurzfristi­g mal hochgezock­t. Es ist keinerlei Substanz vorhanden.­ Aber es glaubt mir ja keiner! Nach dem Motto: Nichts sehen, nicht hören! Nur eine schweizer Geldvernic­htungsmasc­hine.

ich denke mir nur, damit aufgezeigt­ wird, dass in der Aktie leben existiert um so ahnungslos­e Käufer zu ködern.­ Ich meine wie lächerl­ich ist das dort 6000 Aktien zu kaufen bei umgerechne­t 0,01 € je Stück?

Die wollen nur, dass dort jemand anbeißt und schnell mal 100000 Aktien kauft. Das der wert irgendwann­ mal hochgezock­t wird steht nicht zur Diskussion­.

Das ist und bleibt eine Abzocker-H­ütte ersten Grades.
