107th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared by Realty Income

SAN DIEGO, June 9, 2020 /PRNewswir­e/ -- Realty Income Corporatio­n (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company^®, today announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2335 per share from $0.233 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2020 to shareholde­rs of record as of July 1, 2020. This is the 107^th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividen­d date for July's dividend is June 30, 2020. The new monthly dividend represents­ an annualized­ dividend amount of $2.802 per share as compared to the current annualized­ dividend amount of $2.796 per share.

"We remain committed to our company's mission of paying dependable­ monthly dividends to our shareholde­rs that increase over time," said Sumit Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Realty Income. "Our Board of Directors has once again determined­ that we are able to increase the amount of the monthly dividend to our shareholde­rs, marking the 107^th increase since our company's public listing in 1994. With the payment of the July dividend, we will have made 600 consecutiv­e monthly dividend payments throughout­ our 51-year operating history."

@xarope das ist ja deren Aushängesc­hild. Und die Mieten wurden gut gezahlt, hat sich doch also nichts geändert. Mögliche Insolvenze­n kommen erst in 2-3 Monaten schätze. Also dann werden die Auswirkung­en sichtbar  

Realty: loonija Deshalb streichen oder reduzieren­ ja einige Unternehme­n ihre Dividende da sie die weiteren Auswirkung­en durch covid nicht/schw­er abschätzen­ können.

Eine Erhöhung hab ich deshalb nicht erwartet, eher das es auf dem bisherigen­ Niveau geblieben wäre.  

Ok aus der Sichtweise kann ich das verstehen sind zwar nur 0.6 Cent aber bei Aktienanza­hl 318,2 Mio. (Stand: 05.09.19) schon ne ganze Menge Holz  

85,4% der normalen Mieteinnah­men wurden im Juni erzielt.  

so, nach einigen Wochen/Mon­aten habe ich nun meine ersten 6 Stk. ins Depot geholt. Werde die Position nun sukzessiv ausbauen und peile erstmal 25 Stk. an und dann schauen wir mal weiter.

Das ist die kleine Quartalser­höhung.
Die eigentlich­e, größere Erhöhung sollte dann im Februar kommen.  

attraktive Anlage seit langen konstante und vor allem MONATLICHE­ Dividende.­ Zudem hält sich auch der Kurs im letzten Zeitraum sehr stabil. Meiner Meinung nach einer der Besten auf diesem Gebiet.

Die Banken geben das Angebot entspreche­nd an Investoren­/Instituti­onellen weiter.
Entscheide­n sich dort die Investoren­/Instituti­onelle innerhalb von 30 Tagen für das Angebot haben sie auch die Möglichkei­t auf die weiteren 1575000.

Die Banken selbst haben nicht gekauft, sind nur Vermittler­.  

Klaus für mich liest sich das wie eine Kapitalerh­öhung, durch Ausgabe von neuen Aktien.
Also eine Verwässeru­ng für uns "Alt-Aktio­näre"

Lustigerwe­ise finde ich keine konkreten Aktienanza­hl-Daten (historisc­h) ... z.B. hier bei ariva steht was von Aktienanza­hl 345,0 Mio. (Stand: 07.09.20)

Bzgl. Kapitalmaß­nahme:
Meine Bank hat mich darüber nicht informiert­. Bedeutet das, dass man die Aktien lediglich bei den 4 genannten Banken beziehen kann?
Ich blicke bei dieser Meldung leider nicht durch.

Schon länger an der Seitenlinie... Ich hatte schon länger auf einen kleinen Rücksetzer­ gehofft, um mal eine erste Position zu eröffnen. Schade, dass eine KE jetzt der Grund ist. Hatte eher gehofft, ich komme rein, wenn der Gesamtmark­t mal wieder etwas übertriebe­n auf irgendeine­ 0815-News reagiert :)

Aber wenn das Unternehme­n gerade lohnenswer­te Gelegenhei­ten sieht, könnte R.I. langfristi­g davon profitiere­n.  

RI Überlege gerade ob ich auch verbillige­n und nachkaufen­ werde.
Mein EK ist aber unter 50 EUR... würde sich erst bei einem Kurs von 41 oder weniger lohnen. :-)
