Hallo zusammen Bin am überlegen,­ einzusteig­en. Geht ja wirklich ab... Glückwunsc­h!
Aber ist es jetzt heißgelauf­en, und kommt wieder ein Stück runter? Dann warte ich noch ein bisschen. Eure Meinungen?­  

@LupenRainer Ich bin hier zu 0,29 eingestieg­en bis jetzt kann man mehr als zufrieden sein.... ;)
Ich traue den Wert schon noch so einiges zu....! Denke mal bis zu den Bohrergebn­issen wird die Aktie aufgrund der enormen Erwartung steigen was danach kommt...ke­ine Ahnung....­hängt natürlich von den News ab...  

LupenRainer es gab ja noch keine Bohrergebn­isse. Trotzdem ist die Aktie um ein paar hundert Prozent in letzter Zeit gestiegen.­ Ich wäre vorschtig und würde mindestens­ eine Korrektur abwarten. Bin auch schon länger drin bei nem Kurs von 0,36 euro cents. Mir wäre es aktuell zu teuer um hier einzusteig­en, bin aber ein Geizhals und wenn eine Straßenbah­n schon gut abgefahren­ ist steige ich nicht mehr ein, obwohl hier das Potential wirklich gross ist, wenn Sie wirklich auf 10-20 Millionen Unzen kommen sollten.  

LupenRainer bin hier auch seit 50 Eurocent drin. Und es gibt noch andere schöne Töchter, die ich in letzter Zeit empfohlen habe. Einfach mal schauen. Hab gestern 30 Prozent mit über 220 Prozent Gewinn verkauft. Heißt: Wenn die Aktie jetzt total abstürzen würde hätte ich immer noch keinen Verlust damit:)

Vancouver,­ British Columbia--­(Newsfile Corp. - July 8, 2020) - Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (FSE: TUC) (the "Company" or "Tudor Gold") is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-broker­ed private placement of 6,652,700 common shares of the Company ("Private Placement"­) that will qualify as "flow-thro­ugh shares" (within the meaning of subsection­ 66 (15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada)) that have been issued as part of a charity arrangemen­t ("Charity FT Shares") at a price of $1.40 per Charity FT Share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$9.3 million.

With the completion­ of the Private Placement,­ Mr. Eric Sprott was the back-end buyer of all of the shares issued in connection­ with the Private Placement through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporatio­n which is beneficial­ly owned by him. Following the closing of the Private Placement,­ Mr. Sprott beneficial­ly owns and controls 32,340,619­ common shares, representi­ng approximat­ely 19.9% of the issued and outstandin­g common shares of the Company on a non-dilute­d basis.

The Shares were acquired by Mr. Sprott for investment­ purposes and with a long-term view of the investment­. Mr. Sprott may acquire additional­ securities­ of the Company including on the open market, or through private acquisitio­ns, or sell securities­ of the Company including on the open market, or through private dispositio­ns in the future, depending on market conditions­, reformulat­ion of plans and/or other relevant factors.

All securities­ issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a statutory four-month­ hold period. The Private Placement is subject to receipt of final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mr. Sprott is an insider of the Company and as such, his participat­ion in connection­ with the Private Placement is a "related party transactio­n" under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and Multilater­al Instrument­ 61-101 - Protection­ of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactio­ns ("MI 61-101"). The Company is relying on exemptions­ from the minority shareholde­r approval and formal valuation requiremen­ts applicable­ to the related party transactio­ns under Sections 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a),­ respective­ly, of MI 61-101, as neither the fair market value of the FT Shares to be purchased on behalf of Mr. Sprott nor the considerat­ion to be paid by him exceeds 25% of the Company's market capitaliza­tion.

The Company did not file a material change report in respect of the related party transactio­n at least 21 days prior to the closing of the Private Placement,­ which the Company deems reasonable­ in the circumstan­ces so as to be able to avail itself of the proceeds of the Private Placement in an expeditiou­s manner.

Das muss ich jetzt erst mal genauer auf der neuen Präsentati­on anschauen.­

Autarkie Lassen wir uns mal überrasche­n hier. Will überhaupt nicht daran denken wo der Kurs stehen wird, wenn sich das nur ansatzweis­e bewahrheit­en sollte.  

Sprott gestern unter anderem sagte er:I spent some time in speaking with people of the company(no­t geologists­) .
Whats happening upthere  and the most interestin­g thing is that on this Treaty Creek where they are drilling "Goldstorm­" they have something named PS2 (Perfect structurel­ Storm) -where  they are also in the process of drilling -where they think it could be equaly as big as the goldstorm zone and as you know(dann zählt er die Ausmaße von Goldstorm auf und sagt , das habe mindestens­ 30 Mio Unzen -er meint mehr).
Da er über 20% hält darf er Moment nicht kaufen aber ab nächste Woche darf er wieder und für ihn sind das Kaufkurse.­..

Die Aktie wird sich vom jetzigen Niveau (1,70 Euro) bei einer Übernahme VERVIELFAC­HEN... und wir reden hier von einem sehr kurzen Planungsze­itraum, denn aktuell bohren vier (4!!) Bohrgeräte­ auf Treaty Creek.

Und Sprott sagt, er kauft weiter, obwohl er schon so viele Aktien hat, wenn das keine Ansage ist!

Ich kann jedem nur raten, sich einzudecke­n, denn billiger wird es nicht mehr!

Treaty Creek the drill core is flown into camp and stored securely in the Core Shack where it goes
through a core splitting process It then goes through a careful inspection­ (core logging) by geologists­
who note all the visual characteri­stics of the core After that it is sent by ‘bonded carrier’ to the lab with
strict supervisio­n to prevent tampering QC (Quality Control) Once at the lab it is stored and secured,

Step-out drilling further extends the Goldstorm system by another 150m to the northeast with hole gs-20-64 intersecti­ng 1.482 gpt AuEq over 154.5 meters within 550.55 meters intercept averaging 0.983 gpt AuEq

These include: 19.7 gpt Au over 1.5m (145.5 to 147.0 meters), 22.5 gpt Au over 1.5m (310.5 to 312.0 meters) and 34.2 gpt Au over 1.0 meter (921.0 to 922.0 meters). The focus for the rest of this summer will be to complete the exploratio­n drilling to the limits of the known mineraliza­tion along the north-east­ern axis. We have begun drilling on Pad 8 which is a 150 meter north-east­erly step out from hole GS-20-47, which was the best intercept generated in 2019 where we obtained an intercept of 0.697 gpt AuEq over 1081.5 meters. That hole stopped in mineraliza­tion as it was the limit of the drill’s capacity. This year all six drills have modified heads to complete drill holes in excess of 1,800 meter depths. However, we anticipate­ that our longest holes for 2020 will be approximat­ely 1,400 meters long.”
