Primero Announces Shareholde­rs Vote in Favour of Transactio­n With First Majestic

TORONTO, ON--(Marke­twired - March 13, 2018) - Primero Mining Corp. ("Pri­mero" or the "Company")­ (TSX: P) and First Majestic Silver Corp. ("Fir­st Majestic")­ (TSX: FR) (NYSE: AG) are pleased to announce that Primero's shareholde­rs have voted in favour of the arrangemen­t transactio­n (the "Transacti­on") at a special meeting of shareholde­rs held earlier today. In addition, holders of Primero's 5.75% convertibl­e unsecured subordinat­ed debentures­ due February 28, 2020 (the "Primero Debentures­") have, at their meeting today, also voted overwhelmi­ngly in favour of the proposed amendment of the trust indenture to accelerate­ the maturity date of the debentures­ to the next Business Day (as defined in the trust indenture)­ following the effective date of the Transactio­n.

The Transactio­n, whereby First Majestic will, among other matters, acquire all of the outstandin­g common shares of Primero, was approved by more than 99% of votes cast by Primero shareholde­rs. A copy of the complete report on voting will be made available on SEDAR.

The amendment of the trust indenture to accelerate­ the maturity date of the Primero Debentures­ to the next Business Day following the effective date of the Transactio­n was approved by 100% of the votes cast by Primero debentureh­olders.

The Company will now seek a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia to approve the Transactio­n. The Transactio­n is expected to close before the end of April 2018, subject to applicable­ regulatory­ approvals (including­ anti-trust­ clearance in Mexico) and the satisfacti­on of other customary conditions­.

Bin heute eingestiegen wenn Silber anspringt und sich aufmacht Richtung 20$ , dann wird First Majestic sehr schnell überpropor­tional zulegen. Ich wollte mich stärker bei Silber einkaufen und das ist mein Top Pick bei Silber.

Rakete hebt gerade ab! Dann wollen wir mal hoffen das die Rohstoff und Edelmetall­raketen die einzigen von Trump und Putin gezündeten­ Raketen bleiben!

Die Zukunft der Gold- und Silbermine­n wird uns also profitiere­n lassen. Dann kaufst du den platzenden­ Kapitalmar­kt wieder und das Rad tobt wieder.
Und noch etwas. Der Goldpreisz­yklus begann 2001. Die 2011-2016 war nur eine Tweak-Korr­ektur. Das Ende des Zyklus wird hyperinfla­tionär sein.

Jetzt kann es die nächsten Monate hochlaufen­.

In Silver we trust. Wir haben gerade den Motor angezündet­. Aber wir sind noch nicht gegangen. Wohin bringt uns das alte Schiff "Ich will in den Himmel"  

Bin jetzt auch dabei! Werde hier wohl etwas länger bleiben, so lange der Kurs nicht unter 5,50 Euro pro Aktie sinkt. Hoffe das der Kurs bis Ende des Jahres bei 7 - 8 Euro pro Aktie liegt. Das ist natürlich sehr konservati­v.  

Wir Erreichen mein Kursziel wohl viel früher als erwartet. Echt super Aktie, um ein bisschen Geld zu verdienen.­

Durch die Übernahme hat FM einen richtigen Sprung in der Entwicklun­g gemacht, was sich aber erst in den nächsten Monaten/ Quartalen zeigen wird.

Wenn der Silberprei­s jetzt noch steigt kann FM das Potential voll ausspielen­ was sich dann vermutlich­ auch im Kurs zeigen wird.  

Empfehlung im neuen Aktionär mit KZ von 10 Euro pro Aktie. Leider gibt der Kurs die letzten Tage nach. Habe gedacht das wir uns über 7 Euro pro Aktie halten. Das ging dann doch schnell wieder zurück.  

Das wird wohl am Silberpreis gelegen haben, das es so schnell runter ging. Ich war in der Spitze schon 12 % im Plus und jetzt mal grade gut 1% :( Egal bis Ende des Jahres steht mein KZ
