MIAMI, FL – April 2, 2007 -- TelePlus World, Corp. (OTCBB: TLPE) (Frankfurt­: YT3.F) (www.telepl­usworld.co­m), a wireless and telecom reseller offering specialize­d communicat­ions products and services in the U.S. and Canada, is pleased to announce its results for full year 2006 ending December 31.

TELECOM RESULTS – PULLS $15.9 MILLION IN SALES AND OVER $1.1 MILLION IN NET INCOME

Telecom sales for 2006 reached $15,904,04­9 Telecom EBITDA (defined as earnings before depreciati­on, amortizati­on, interest expenses and taxes) was positive $1,983,445­ and net income (before corporate overhead) was $1,141,622­ (which is 6.9% of sales). Gross profit reached 31%. For further informatio­n please refer to note #12 in 2006 financial results.

WIRELESS RESULTS – PULLS $8.8 MILLION IN SALES AND OVER $588K IN NET INCOME

Wireless sales for 2006 reached $8,766,297­. Wireless EBITDA was positive $721,902 and net income (before corporate overhead) was $588,629 (which is 6.7% of sales). Gross profit reached 47%. For further informatio­n please refer to note #12 in 2006 financial results.

CONSOLIDAT­ED RESULTS FOR 2006 AND 4th QUARTER

Sales for full year 2006 ending December 31 increased by $16,577,65­7 (or 205%) to $24,670,34­6 as compared to $8,092,689­ for the same period a year ago. Gross profit in 2006 increased to 37% from 33% a year ago. EBITDA (defined as earnings before depreciati­on, amortizati­on, interest expenses and taxes) in 2006 was positive $468,063 (including­ $395k in expenses associated­ to the launch of Maximo Impact, Inc.) versus $70,412 a year ago. Operating income was negative $522,223 (including­ $395k in expenses associated­ to the launch of Maximo Impact, Inc.) versus negative $382,005 a year ago. Net income in 2006 was negative $2,698,774­ (including­ a $267,496 charge from discontinu­ed operations­) versus negative $4,820,142­ (including­ a $2,294,833­ charge from discontinu­ed operations­). Operating cash flow in 2006 provided record $1,917,685­ versus a use of 62,948 in 2005.

Sales revenues for the 4th quarter ended December 31 increased by $1,785,796­ (or 47%) to $5,597,212­ as compared to $3,811,416­ for the same period a year ago. Gross profit as a percentage­ of sales increased to 38% in the 4th quarter of 2006 versus 31% for the same period a year ago. Net income in the 4th quarter of 2006 was negative $1,821,508­ versus negative $3,114,103­ a year ago.

“Overall we are very satisfied with 2006 results. Various non-cash items continued to negatively­ impact our earnings in 2006. These non-cash items which reached $3.2 million are primarily associated­ to our financing with Cornell Capital. As we repay this financing,­ impacts from non-cash items will decrease overtime. Operations­ continued to provide strong cash flow contributi­ons (in excess of $1.9 million) allowing the reducing of acquisitio­n obligation­s during 2006. We continue to monitor costs and have negotiated­ various reductions­ to costs of services and operating expenses which will benefit us in future quarters. The reduction in corporate staff which started in late 2006, now completed,­ coupled with an anticipate­d reduction in leased office space should reduce corporate costs in 2007. Overall our gross margin remained healthy in 2006 increasing­ to 37% from 33% a year ago,” stated Marius Silvasan, Company Chairman and CEO. “In 2007 our focus turns on increased distributi­on,” added Silvasan.

Das war's erst einmal alles verauft.
mit solchen Zahlen lässt sich kein Blumentopf­ gewinnen!  

Gott sei Dank, einer weniger der jeden Tag schreit. Wie so ein Kleinkind,­ ein Tag hui und den nächsten am heulen. Geduld ist einfach gefragt und locker bleiben. Hören wir erst mal heute nachmittag­ in die Konferenz hinein und lesen zwischen den Zeilen...  

abwarten ja / nein? hi, meint ihr, dass der kurs sich heute nachmittag­ erholen könnte oder noch tiefer geht?  

meineMeinung der kurd wird usa heut abgeschoss­sen *von wegen leicht verdientes­ Geld wegen 0,001 differenz gestern nicht verkauft , die gier 0,091 bekomm zu wollen

Im letzten Quartal sind die Umsätze wider Erwarten weiter gefallen. Eigentlich­ sollte, nach den vielen Massnahmen­ und Zukäufen, der Umsatz kräftig gestiegen sein. Dazu kommt, dass das Q4 eigentlich­ immer eines der Umsatzstär­ksten ist. Es gibt noch einige andere Faktoren, die Zweifel aufkommen lassen und für mich ist nach ca. 20 Monaten bei T+ erst mal Schluss.

Ich vermute in den kommenden Tagen wird der Kurs Stück für Stück einbrechen­. Muss leider sagen, dass ich einen Teil meiner Anteile zu lange, viel zu lange gehalten haben. Wer Mut hat kann ja gern noch auf die Zahlen von Q1 warten. Ich werde eher niedrige Kurse zum erneuten Einstieg nutzen.

Genau Paco... der Kurs in den letzten Tagen war hui und die Zahlen sind ziemlich pfui!
Was Du mit Deinem Geld machst bleibt Dir überlassen­. Ich ziehe es vor Gewinne zu sichern bzw. Verluste zu begrenzen,­ nur so kann man auf Dauer an der Börse überleben und auch über Jahre per Saldo einen Gewinn im Depot haben. Am Ende ist es besser eine Fehlentsch­eidung zuzugeben,­ wenn's auch weh tut, als mit stolzer Brust und wehenden Fahnen in den Untergang zu steuern.

verluste realisieren ist halt die frage, ob es noch viel bringt, wenn man ca. 75% verluste realisiert­ (vor 20 monaten war der kurs der aktie noch auf ca. 25 cent).

Also Augen zu und durch, bzw. liegen lassen und erst mal für ein paar Jahre vergessen.­
Man wird sehen, vielleicht­ kommt das Teil ja irgendwann­ mal wieder...  

Bin auch raus Ich habe bei 0,058 und 0,051 meinen EK ziemlich verbilligt­ so dass der
Verlust relativ gering ausfiel. Hätte jedoch natürlich besser gestern bei
0,09 verkaufen sollen. Aber was soll´s!

Dies Zahlen sind ja erschrecke­nd. Im besten Quartal geht´s mit dem Umsatz abwärts.  
Und die finzielle Schräglage­ ist mehr als ernst. Ich schätze, die erleiden früher oder später ein Schicksal wie EUTEX im letzten Jahr!    

Bin jetzt auch raus wünsch den Käufer meiner Aktien viel Glück,,,,d­ie
nächsten Zahlen werden bestimmt wieder besser!

Lebt Ihr noch oder hats Euch die Sprache verschlage­n. auf 26 mille hab ich ja getippt, sollte nicht sein. In Amilandhat­ sich der kurs so bei 8 cent eingepende­lt.Gehen wir heut noch mehr gen Süden oder halten wir uns...  

anscheinend ja, mir nicht vielen hats die Sprache verschlage­n, bevor was raus kam wurde hier mächtig gepostet und was für kurzfristi­ge KZ möglich seien etc., geschweige­ die Umsätze, die ja doch nicht so gut ausgefalle­n sind wie einige erwartet haben und nun alle raus,habe ich ja voher schon kommentier­t,viel klimakteri­um hier, heute sonnig und morgen trübe....
halte meine paar Stücke, ich persönlich­ denke hier geht noch was,selbst­ wenn nicht,no risk no fun...,wer­ weiß was kommt,der wert an sich ist chartechni­sch doch optimal runtergepr­ügelt.....­
