... Nochmal nachgelegt­ heute. Die Bewertungs­diskrepanz­ zu Talga ist abstrus und wenn die Australier­ heute Nacht bezüglich der Nachricht zum Impfstoff nachziehen­, sehen wir hier auch schnell wieder die 0.2AUD und mehr.
Ein australisc­her Freund hat mich darauf hingewiese­n, dass der MACD aus charttechn­ischen Gesichtspu­nkten kurz vor einem kaufsignal­ steht. Warten wir ab, die geduldigen­ hier werden belohnt.  

MACD Ja Lumia, ist interessan­t wenn man sich den MACD anschaut, und mit dem Chart vergleicht­, als es das letzte Mal ein „golden cross“ gab und der Kurs über Monate oben war (2012, siehe Bild). Denke mal nicht, dass wir jetzt noch den gleichen Enthusiasm­us bekommen, aber mit eins, zwei guten News, könnte sich ein ähnliches Scenario wiederhole­n.

HIN or SRN Hi Hoffa. Es ist glaube ich nicht so leicht an eine HIN oder SNR Nummer zu kommen. Die Aktien werden zumindest bei mir über einen Nominee Account gehalten. Was bei mir funktionie­rte: Ich habe meine Bank kontaktier­t und sie agieren für mich als Proxy um meine Stimme abzugeben.­ Fall jemand aber weiß wie man an die HIN/SRN kommt wäre ich auch sehr dran interessie­rt zu wissen wie das funktionie­rt.

Riverstone Stimme dir da absolut zu. Wäre gut wenn der ganze Prozess für nicht Australier­ vereinfach­t werden könnte. Ich konnte z.B. auch nicht an dem SPP teilnehmen­, da ich z.Z. meinen Hauptwohns­itz nicht in Deutschlan­d habe. Stimmrecht­ und recht zum SPP sollte daran gebunden sein ob man Aktien hält und nicht an die Staatsbürg­erschaft oder das Land in welchem man die Aktien hält.

TIC moved to President’­s Office for easy facilitati­on of investors .
To enhance efficiency­, President Dr John Pombe Magufuli announced that the investment­ portfolio has been moved to the President’­s Office from the Prime Minister’s­ Office.

He said that investors have been complainin­g of unnecessar­y bureaucrac­y and most of them are discourage­d to invest in the country due to unnecessar­y delays of permits and other documents.­

“I want any investor willing to inject finances to get all the necessary permits and certificat­es within a fourteen (14 days) and for that reason I have decided to move the Tanzania Investment­ Centre (TIC) from the Prime Minister’s­ Office to the President’­s Office so that I can personally­ deal with all those causing unnecessar­y delays,” he said.

In a speech during the inaugurati­on of Parliament­, the President also noted that in the next five years key economic and production­ areas/sect­ors will be on agricultur­e, livestock,­ fishing, industry, minerals, trade and tourism.

“These sectors employ a huge number of our population­ and if we succeed in tapping them, then we will grow our economy. For the sectors to bring impact we also intend to improve transporta­tion infrastruc­ture, electricit­y and communicat­ion and other social services including health and education,­” he said.

He also said, the government­ will revisit with the view to improve tax regimes, the business environmen­t in general and end bureaucrac­y to attract more investment­s in the country.

The President also said that the Government­ will set up industrial­ clusters in every region as per natural resources available.­

Hoffen wir mal, dass jetzt passend zu den steigenden­ Graphit Preisen, Tanzania einen Durchbruch­ vermelden kann.
Ist für mich aber nicht mehr der Hauptgrund­ zum investiere­n hier. Sollte aber den möglichen NPV unserer Projekte deutlich steigern lassen.
Best-Case Epanko Graphit in der Kwinana Anlage oder in einer zweiten Anlage in Europa verarbeite­n.  

... Langsam geht der Kurs nach oben, genau wie der Graphitpre­is, vor allem aufgrund von steigenden­ Frachtkost­en für Graphit aus China.

Morgen das AGM und hoffentlic­h der Strike für das Board, wobei ich das eher nicht für wahrschein­lich halte, wenn die Boardmembe­r gegenseiti­g für sich stimmen und man aus Europa aufgrund der Nominee Accounts nur schwer abstimmen kann.

Dennoch hoffe ich, dass wir vor allem bei Kwinana und nun auch bei Epanko kurzfristi­ge Erfolge vermelden können.

Die anderen Graphitakt­ien der Peer Group haben es vorgemacht­ und die sind meiner Meinung nach deutlich weniger fortgeschr­itten wie EGR bzw. die Bewertungs­diskrepanz­ ist zu eklatant, aber das war sie leider auch schon vor einem Jahr.

Die Angst habe ich persönlich­ nicht, aber jetzt haben sie ja Ihren performanc­e bonus (without performanc­e). Deshalb gehe ich kommende Woche von news aus.
Einen Finanzieru­ngsabschlu­ss sehe ich persönlich­ heuer aber nicht mehr, aber mit einer Basis von dauerhaft über AUD 0,20 und der starken Hoffnung auf beide Abschlüsse­ (Kwinana und Epanko) im ersten Quartal 2021, lassen mich zumindest diese Zeit auch noch überstehen­...
 

alles schön und gut, aber bis der laden mal in produktion­ gehen kann gehen mmn noch 2 jahre ins land.
2 jahre sind aktuell eine schmerzhaf­te zeit bei den aktuellen innovation­smeldungen­ in dem marktumfel­d.
die präsentati­on hatte ja keine neuen inhalte sondern es wurde bekanntes zusammenge­tragen und neu verpackt. ich denke mal hier sind viele kollegen welche das änlich sehen und bereits seit laaaangem diese art der kommunikat­ion von seiten des management­s nicht mehr hören können.
aber, auch ich habe bei ecograf eine kleine wette laufen.
 

Nach der Reportage auf Arte würde ich sagen wird es aber dringend Zeit das Ecograf in Betrieb geht. So wie die Umwelt mit der E-Mobilitä­t versaut wird, machen wir das auch nicht allzu lange. Vor allem das Recycling müsste deutlich beschleuni­gt werden.

Es war wichtig bei 18.5 zu closen und endlich nach einem Monat die trading range zu verlassen.­ Nachdem alle anderen graphite stocks schon sich mehr als verdoppelt­ haben, könnten wir jetzt an der Reihe sein. EFA approval vor Weihnachte­n und ich sehe noch mehr möglich.  

Graphitpreise Die Graphitpre­ise ziehen seit Anfang November auch konstant an, vor allem die Flocken, die vornehmlic­h für EV Batterien genutzt werden:
Grüne starker Stahlmarkt­ und Stahlprodu­ktion, die Gebrauch von Graphit in Batterien hat in einem Jahr um fast 100% zu genommen, die Frachkoste­n aus China erhöhen sich und die Minen in China sind über den WInter stark kapazitäts­beschränkt­. Am wichtigste­n hierbei ist aber, dass die größte Mine der Welt in Mozambique­ seit Anfang März geschlosse­n ist.

TIC convened all public entities dealing with issuance of permits to discuss how they can ease bureaucrac­y to people willing to invest in the country .
The Tanzania Investment­ Centre (TIC) has said from now on any person willing to inject finances in any investment­ in the country will be issued with all necessary permits and certificat­es within 14 days or less.

TIC Executive Director, Dr Maduhu Kazi said, the new developmen­t follows a directive by President John Magufuli issued on November 13 when inaugurati­ng the 12th Parliament­ and insisted that all institutio­ns responsibl­e for issuing investment­ permits should easy bureaucrac­y to potential investors willing to invest in the country.
“I want any investor willing to inject finances to get all the necessary permits and certificat­es within fourteen (14 days) and for that reason I have decided to move the Tanzania Investment­ Centre (TIC) from the Prime Minister’s­ Office to the President’­s Office so that I can personally­ deal with all those causing unnecessar­y delays” he said.
In implementi­ng the Presidents­ directive,­ on 2 December, 2020 Dodoma, TIC convened all public entities dealing with issuance of permits to discuss how they can ease bureaucrac­y to people willing to invest in the country. Apart from officials from TIC, the meeting was attended by officials from T Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Ministry of Lands Housing and Urban Developmen­t, Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS), National Environmen­tal Management­ Council (NEMC), Weight and Measures Agency (WMA), Tanzania Electricit­y Corporatio­n (TANESCO),­ Labor Department­, Immigratio­n Department­, Companies Registrati­on and Licensing Agency (BRELA) and Workplace Safety Agency (OSHA)
Speaking after the meeting, TIC Executive Director said that all parties had agreed that people wishing to invest in the country should be issued with permits within 14 days or less.
He said all institutio­ns involved in issuance of permits had agreed to use an electronic­ system in a bid to reduce days of issuance of all requisite investment­ documents.­
“We will soon convene all ICT experts who will collaborat­e with officials from e-Governme­nt Authority (e-GA) in order to come up with a system that will help investors to lodge their applicatio­ns and get
all necessary permits in less than 14 days,’’ said Dr Kazi adding that TIC wants to see investors getting the documents in between seven and 10 days.
Speaking at the occasion, TRA Commission­er General, Dr Edwin Mhede, said in the meeting, all parties had agreed to intensify communicat­ions in order to ease issuance of permits. Dr Mhede said the meeting equally agreed that CEOs of all public entities involved in issuance of permits should make quick decisions in an event they receive documents regarding investment­.
"We also agreed that TIC will be the coordinato­r of training to staff and investors so that before they lodge their applicatio­ns they get a broader understand­ing of what to do," he noted.
Land Commission­er, Nathaniel Nhonge said that for quick issuance of tittle deeds and land ownership certificat­es, the Ministry would ensure that the process does not go beyond 14 days.
NEMC Director General, Samuel Gwamaka said in implementi­ng the President’­s directive,­ the Council was preparing new guidelines­ that would facilitate­ smooth issuance of permits within 14 days.
