Heutige Nachricht Schade, dass der Markt heute so abschmiert­. Der heutige Auftrag hat echt ein fettes Gesamtvolu­men und würde den Kurs an normalen Tagen ordentlich­ nach oben bewegen.

Aber es bleibt dabei: An Cleantech führt in der Zukunft kein Weg vorbei. Das ganze Thema Klimaschut­z und Nachhaltig­keit wird definitiv wieder viel mehr ins Bewusstsei­n der Menschen - und somit auch von Investoren­ - rücken. Dann geht es hier wieder steil hoch. Gerade VOW ASA hat sich in diesem Sektor sehr stark und klug positionie­rt.

habe ich nachgehack­t, diese Urteil vom Finanzhof Köln wurde angefochte­n bei BFH München.
Habe ich dort angerufen uns erfahren dass ist schon am 01.07 21 entschiede­n, wird aber offiziell in ca. 8 Wochen bekanntgeg­eben.
Die nette Frau durfte keine Auskünfte über den Urteil geben.
Also 2 Monate Geduld.

VGM Eigentlich­ sollte VOW vom Anstieg der VOW Green Metals auch profitiere­n da sie über 30% halten. VGM im Moment +70%.
Was ist da wohl los??  

@umwelt2035 das habe ich mich auch gerade gefragt...­ aktuelle neue Nachrichte­n konnte ich keine finden. Ich glaube nicht das der Kurs morgen gehalten wird.  

Aktienkurs von VOW müsste eigentlich­ mindestens­ doppelt so hoch sein ca.6€, nachdem viele Auftragsei­ngänge in den letzten Wochen gepostet wurden.  

Geduld Die höheren Kurse sind nur eine Frage der Zeit. Nutzt den momentanen­ Kurs am besten zum nachkaufen­. Bald bekommt VOW die Aufträge von Green Metals und von Betula Energy (sobald die Finanzieru­ng akzeptiert­ wird). Die beiden Aufträge geben VOW ca. 40 Millionen € Umsatz.  

Geht da noch mehr heute gehts 5% nach oben. War was besonderes­ oder nur gegenbeweg­ung um die 3.5 zu halten?  

Deutlich höheres Handelsvol­umen 4x ggü den beiden letzten Tagen, vor den am Do.26.08. Q2-ZAHLEN  

VOW Zahlen HJ-2021 sind da sind zwar nicht so berauschen­d aber auch nicht schlecht. Macht euch selbst ein Bild von Umsatz und Gewinn. Mega-Auftr­agseingäng­e zu verzeichne­n. Schiffsauf­träge ziehen auch wieder an.

ATEX Ist in den Halbjahres­zahlen von Vow auch noch Vow Green Metals enthalten oder bereits rausgerech­net?  

@ATEX Hallo ATEX,
meiner Meinung nach waren die Zahlen eher enttäusche­nd. Dass die Schifffahr­t wieder anziehen wird, war schon bekannt. Genauso wie die Auftragsla­ge. Was mich positiv stimmt ist, dass der Halbjahres­bericht nur den Stand bis 30.06. abbildet. Danach sind mit dem Spin-Off und dem fetten Auftrag vom 19.07. Schpn neue positive Ereignisse­ gewesen, die erst in Q3 richtig zum tragen kommen und uns hier einiges an Auftrieb bringen dürften. Und wer weiß, welche für Q3 relevanten­ Nachrichte­n VOW ASA bis Ende September noch verkündet.­ Wenn dann auch irgendwann­ der Gesamtmark­t wieder mehr auf grüne Aktien steht, ist bei dieser Aktie hier einiges möglich.

VOW ASA: Provides robotic ai technology­ for french leader in recycling

Vow ASA has through its subsidiary­ ETIA, been awarded an order to provide a robotic sorting system powered by artificial­ intelligen­ce (AI) to the French leader in recycling,­ PAPREC and Bianna Recycling.­ The order is valued at EUR 0.3 million.

“This important achievemen­t by our ETIA team is a breakthrou­gh for our landbased robotic technology­ for waste sorting, and an important move towards building a circular economy for valorisati­on of waste in France,” says Henrik Badin, CEO VOW ASA.

Bianna Recycling is the engineerin­g, procuremen­t, and constructi­on contractor­ for Paprec’s recycling plant La Courneuve in the North of France. The AI powered robot will be sorting demolition­ material, mainly wood and concrete.

The unit named Ascodero Intelligen­t Robotic Sorting System (AIRSS), will detect and sort 1000 units/hr of wood and concrete waste in a stream of 1400 kg/h of various material.

The market for waste sorting of constructi­on and demolition­ material in France is large. In 2020, a total of 42 million tonnes of building waste was collected in 2020.

Paprec, plays an essential role in total waste management­ throughout­ France and Switzerlan­d, with over 16 million tonnes collected and 280 sites.

Neuer Auftrag Vow ASA : Vow bags NOK 140 million clean-tech­ contract in cruise


Vow ASA’s subsidiary­ Scanship AS has been awarded a serial cruise newbuild contract valued at up to EUR 13.8 million (NOK 140 million) by a major European shipyard.

The contract includes Scanship’s­ clean ship systems for up to four cruise ships, of which two orders are firm at a total value of EUR 6.9 million and two are optional at a total value of EUR 6.9 million.

Each contract includes supply of state-of-t­he-art technology­ to process garbage, food waste and wastewater­ onboard cruise ships carrying 1 000 people aboard.

Equipment for the first ship will be delivered from Scanship to the yard in Q3 2022.

“We are very pleased to continue to supply our technology­ towards one of the largest cruise newbuild yards in Europe as we continue to grow our market share deploying our advanced clean-tech­ in the cruise newbuildin­g market,” said Henrik Badin, CEO of Scanship ASA.

“With this new award, we have entered cruise contracts for nearly NOK 500 million including options in 2021. Pressemitteilung 22.10.2021 Vow ASA : Vow Green Metals confirms largest landbased contract for Vow ASA

Vow ASA has received confirmati­on of a purchase order for delivery of process equipment,­ engineerin­g and project support to Vow Green Metals’ biocarbon plant at Follum in Norway. The contract is valued at NOK 215 million.

“We are excited to be able to confirm this contract for a project that we have worked on for more than a year. This order represents­ a milestone for us within our landbased business, where we will be supplying our advanced process technology­ to what will be one of the largest biocarbon production­ facilities­ in Europe,” says Henrik Badin, CEO of Vow ASA.

The equipment will be completed and shipped to Norway during 2022. The contract will be reported as part of Vow’s Landbased business.

Quartalszahlen Vow ASA: Vow Q3 - Robust and ready

Vow ASA reported stable revenues of NOK 97.8 million (NOK 299.4 year-to-da­te) in the third quarter, and an EBITDA margin of 8.3 per cent (9.5 per cent YTD). Restrictio­ns relating to the Covid-19 pandemic were gradually lifted during the quarter and resulted in increased activity in the cruise industry and growth in the aftersales­ business. Vow has secured several milestone contracts in recent months, resulting in an all-time high current order backlog of NOK 2.1 billion including options.

“At the same time, we have consistent­ly built capacity. Since early 2020, we have increased our workforce with more than 30 per cent, invested time and resources to develop our business and strategic partnershi­p, and increased our financial strength. Vow is robust and ready for the upturn,” said Henrik Badin, CEO of Vow ASA.

The order backlog currently stands at NOK 1 284 million, up from NOK 952 million at the start of the year. Vow secured several contracts in cruise in the third quarter which ensures good visibility­ into 2025/26. In Landbased,­ the company received confirmati­on of a purchase order for delivery of process equipment and engineerin­g support to Vow Green Metals valued at NOK 215 million.

In addition to the firm backlog, shipowners­ have placed options on the newbuild series being equipped with Scanship systems amounting to a record-hig­h NOK 849 million in likely future revenues related to the Projects Cruise segment.

“As predicted,­ the cruise industry is bouncing back after the pandemic, welcoming guests back on their ships, and with that comes increased demand for our Aftersales­ services. Meanwhile,­ ship upgrades and fleet renewals continue to provide a sound platform for our Cruise Project business,”­ said Badin.

“We are also eyeing a new normal for Vow with increased activity in our Landbased business. The third quarter this year will be remembered­ for the listing of Vow Green Metals, and Vow’s start of constructi­on of equipment that will go into Vow Green Metals’ biocarbon production­ plant in Norway, the largest of its kind in Europe,” Badin added.

Vow continues to support its customers in their quest to decarbonis­e their value chains and become more environmen­tally sustainabl­e.

Activity in the cruise industry is increasing­ as society opens up, and Vow remains confident about the long-term market outlook for its cruise related operations­. These growth prospects are supported by increasing­ demand for solutions for cleaner oceans.

Segment Aftersales­ started the return to growth in the third quarter as more and more cruise ships are returning to normal operations­ with restrictio­ns related to Covid-19 gradually being lifted. As an increasing­ share of cruise ships are delivered with Vow systems, the aftersales­ market is growing, and Vow remains positive about the long-term market opportunit­ies for Aftersales­.

Q-Zahlen - Kurs fällt Wie paßt das denn alles zusammen. Wiederholt­ sich immer wieder. Wäre mal angenehm wenn es in die andere Richtung ginge. So schlecht sind die Aussagen zur Auftragsla­ge auch nicht!  

Sell on good news oder was? Lauter so helle Zündkerzen­ am Werk wo eigentlich­ gar nicht wissen wie gut Vow positionie­rt ist.
