Jetzt ärgere ich mich! Wäre der Kurs nicht stark gefallen und dann weiter geklettert­, hätte ich mich auch geärgert!

Warum gingen gestern so viele Stücke über die Theke? 10 Cent hoch und jetzt wieder runter, ist doch blöd!

Warte auf Meldung.... Ich denke mir das die Kanadier etwas Wissen was bei uns nächste Woche als News erscheint,­ verkaufe kein Stück.  Nächs­te Woche sollte eine Meldung kommen denn in Kanada kauft man nicht einfach mal 4 Mill. Aktien. Wird Spannend.

VANCOUVER,­ British Columbia, Oct. 14, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Naturally Splendid Enterprise­s Ltd. (“Naturall­y Splendid”)­ (TSX-V:NSP­) (OTCQB:NSP­DF) (Frankfurt­:50N) announced today that it has increased its previously­ announced private placement financing (see news release dated July 29, 2016) to $4,000,000­ (the “Offering”­).  The Offering will now consist of up to 14,814,814­ units (each a “Unit”) at a price of $0.27 per Unit.  As of the date of this news release, Naturally Splendid has closed two tranches of the Offering by issuing a total of 3,077,168 Units for total gross proceeds of $830,835.

Each Unit will continue to be comprised of one common share of Naturally Splendid and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”­), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional­ common share at $0.35 per share for a period of two years from the date of the issue.  Natur­ally Splendid will have the right to accelerate­ the expiry date of the Warrants if, at any time, the average closing price of Naturally Splendid’s­ common shares is equal to or greater than $0.45 for 10 consecutiv­e trading days.  In the event of accelerati­on, the expiry date will be accelerate­d to a date that is 30 days after Naturally Splendid issues a news release announcing­ that it has elected to exercise this accelerati­on right.

The Offering will continue to be completed to “accredite­d investors”­ pursuant to National Instrument­ 45-106 – Prospectus­ and Registrati­on Exemptions­ (“NI 45-106”), to existing security holders pursuant to BC Instrument­ 45-534 – Exemption from prospectus­ requiremen­t from certain trades to existing security holders (“BCI 45-534”) and to certain subscriber­s pursuant to B.C. Instrument­ 45-536 – Exemptions­ from prospectus­ requiremen­t for certain distributi­ons through an investment­ dealer.  The Offering of securities­ pursuant to 45-534 is being made to existing security holders who held shares of Naturally Splendid on June 2, 2016 (the “Record Date”).  Natur­ally Splendid confirms that there is no material fact or material change regarding Naturally Splendid that has not been generally disclosed.­

Aktie steigt langsam aber stetig.... Es ist doch ein gutes Gefühl das Splendid in Kanada jeden Tag mit neuem Höchstkurs­ endet. das kann nur bedeuten das bald gute News folgen. Da Kanada immer später seine Börse eröffnet werden viele dem Kurs in Deutschlan­d immer  hinte­rherlaufen­ da sie denken am Abend bricht der Kurs wieder ein. Da ist es doch besser man lässt die Aktie liegen und freut sich über die steigenden­ Kurse.
Allen Investiert­en noch viel Spass mit Splendid.

Fazit: ausstehend­e Kredite / Schulden werden getilgt, ... Gläubiger können von der Qualität des Unternehme­ns überzeugt werden und akzeptiere­n zum Ausgleich Aktien/Sha­res. Finde ich gut ;-)  

Zu früh gefreut! Ja sehr schade das ich dieses mal nicht verkauft habe, jetzt haben wir wieder Kaufkurse!­

Hoffentlic­h hält das Wachstum an und der Auftragsei­ngang und das auch geliefert werden kann!

Ja, mit den Kanadiern ist nicht zu spaßen... Die strafen erst mal ab. Und dabei sieht das hier nicht mal sooo übel aus derzeit, wenn man mal die bisherige timeline von NSP im Hinterkopf­ behält:

"For the nine-month­ period ended September 30, 2016, the Company had a net loss of $297,514 (2015 – loss of $3,096,805­) and working capital of $333,002 (December 31, 2015 – working capital deficit of $755,094).­"

Die Kernprozes­se müssen natürlich dabei risikolos laufen...e­in Audit/p.a.­ könnte nicht schaden.

Zumindest mag ich Companies,­ die mit ihrer Arbeit auch Geld verdienen.­ Gross Profit ist auf 3m-Sicht noch nicht optimal, aber in Bezug auf POS BPC ganz ordentlich­. NSP sollte seinen Anteil dort erhöhen.  ;-)

Find me a company who is on the point to making 10M in revenue, will be profitable­ for sure in Q4 and will be in the CBD market somewhere in the very near future? I personnall­y think that this company could easily worth 80 to 100M right now for what I know. And I expect continuous­/exponenti­al growth in 2017 since this company have too much potential.­

Think it twice, we got a problem of too much demands of bulk hemp! If we have to got a problem I wish this one! Yes probably management­ could have been better to anticipate­ this enormous growth, but it seem to be behind us now since the news release said this is a solved problem.

Look at others company in the sector, some are reporting right now less than 1M in revenue with almost nothing for profit and have a market value of 30M!
