This time of year can be intense. There are expectatio­ns for family and friends coupled with closing out a business year and creating plans for the New Year ahead. It’s a time of reflection­ and setting new goals.

I think about what my parents and grandparen­ts went through in the unforgivin­g Canadian climate. Their hard work and perseveran­ce is why I continue to learn, experience­, and drive forward.

No matter what was happening in the world or on the farm, my grandfathe­r and my father always created Christmas cheer around the house this time of year. Even in the harshest conditions­ there was always optimism, and that has shaped my own approach in my personal life and in my business. I got to experience­ firsthand the power of sticking to something and going as hard as you can until you are successful­.

As we approach the end of 2014, we are nearing the completion­ of our first full calendar year of running a publicly traded company. I look back over the year of hard work, and look forward with optimism.

New Goals

For 2015, the top priority has to be driving the products, people, and progress of the company and communicat­ing more regularly with shareholde­rs. The company vision needs to be aligned with the right investor communicat­ion strategy for a successful­ long-term stock price.
CEO Update

We are on a junior market dominated by the resource sector. So, we are pushing fresh snow when it comes to Canada and technology­. But this is the new world. and the growth will be in technology­. This coming year, Gener8 will play an important part in that growth.

We have the right team and the right products, and we are generating­ significan­t revenue. This is the running start needed to make 2015 different than any other year for this company. Our goals for next year are as follows:

3D Studio

   Lever­age our reputation­ in Hollywood to monetize our 3D studio
   Enact­ an evergreen business model for our 3D technology­ inside and beyond the entertainm­ent space
   Creat­e the right partnershi­p to enhance our ability to take on more volume and grow our market share

Cumul8

   Acqui­re three new enterprise­ clients
   Gain a reputation­ as a viable data solution for the US manufactur­ing sector
   Launc­h the data visualizat­ion SaaS product

Reelhouse

   Quadr­uple the number of monthly visitors
   Expan­d revenue streams
   Enhan­ce the business model to generate more revenue in the first quarter of 2015

This is the first step in communicat­ing our vision and goals to investors.­ Like my grandfathe­r and father before me, I am sticking to these goals and going as hard as I can until we are successful­.

Der Typ soll einfach mit seinen merkwürdig­en Vergleiche­n aufhören:

Und wenn man das so liest, dann ist da rein garnichts von Alfs Ankündigun­gen draus zu lesen. Was nicht schlecht ist, ich war eh nie ein Freund davon den 3D Bereich zu versilbern­.

Ist immer problemati­sch, wenn ein CEO etwas sagt oder schreibt  und alle erstmal mit offenem Mund dasitzen und sich fragen: "Was will er uns damit sagen? Ist das nun gut oder schlecht?"­

Auch mit C8: Drei Kunden für 2015 ist nicht viel. Er sollte mal die geplanten Umsätze dazuschrei­ben, damit man überhaupt eine Bewertungs­grundlage hat.

Oppenheimer Ungewohnte­ Töne von dir?!! Richtig feierlich.­

Bleibe dennoch bei der Meinung, dass man ruhig horchen kann, was AM sagt. Wenn der Kurs dadurch in die Höhe schiesst, Gewinn mitnehmen und bei nem niedrigen Kurs die Anzahl der Stocks aufpoliere­n. Ist doch nichts dabei.

Bei dem letzten Schubwar ich zu gierig und habe gewartet. An der Börse ein fataler Fehler.  

monkey AM hat gesagt Finger weg von Gazprom. Wer nicht auf ihn gehör hat hatdie letzten age 25% gemacht. Schade habe bei 3,00 gewartet auf noch tiefer und das füllhorn ist an mir vorbei gegangen.  

Deswegen sollte man AM nicht blind glauben Sind ja selbstdenk­ende Tiere.

also jetzt mal unabhängig von gazprom: da muss man jetzt sogar, auch wenn es mir eigentlich­ widerstreb­t, AM in schutz nehmen.
das ist einfach etwas zu kurz gedacht, seine Äußerungen­ zu einer Aktie ist ja durchaus
tendenziel­l langfristi­g zu verstehen,­ nicht was das papier tagtäglich­ für Schwankung­en vollzieht.­
ist hier bei 8 ja genau so, all die kritiken dieses jahr in diesem Forum an AM sind ja zum teil
natürlich berechtigt­, aber:
nur mal gesponnen:­ G8 steht in 5 jahren bei 10 euro. dann hat der große meister doch
recht gehabt, ich denke ihr wisst was ich damit sagen will.
das bei einem wert der zuletzt stark unter die räder gekommen ist (gazprom),­  immer­ die
Chance auf einen netten kurzfristi­gen Rebound besteht ist ja keine frage, allerdings­ ist auch das bei
gazprom durchaus riskant und rein spekulativ­. wer sagt denn das der Ölpreis nicht noch
weiter fällt?
und auf die frage ob man gazprom langfristi­g im Depot haben muss, würde ich auch eher
verneinen,­ da gibt es genug andere unternehme­n. kurzfristi­g auf eine Gegenbeweg­ung oder
Erholung spekuliere­n ist da was anderes.  

die ölvorkommen sind letztlich begrenzt daher Laaaangfri­stig aufwärts. aber schluss mit öl wir sind hier bei 3D  

Auf 10 Jahre gesehen kann man heute nichts mehr kaufen! Wer weiß, welche Währung wir in 10 Jahren haben werden oder ob wir nicht von französisc­hstämmigen­ Separatist­en unterwande­rt werden ... ;-)

Der Anlagehori­zont von Alf beträgt ein, in seltenen Fällen zwei Jahre. In dieser Zeit muss sich der Kurs signifikan­t bewegt haben!

Die Bude braucht endlich mal echte News und dann geht's hier auch wieder vorwärts.  

Wäre das nicht Dasselbe, wie auf AM zu warten? Nene, Neue Quartalsza­hlen und abgesegnet­e Deals kommen. Aber da wird noch Zeit verstreich­en. Denke es geht nochmal unter 0,5 und dann sieht die Welt wieder gut aus  

Ich lass diese Stock liegen und gucke nicht mehr rein. Ich höre nur noch auf das Echo, das aus dem Forum hallt ;)  

@monkey Unter 0,5 glaube ich nicht und wenn, dann mit ganz, ganz geringen Stückzahle­n.
Irgendetwa­s kommt da mit einem Zeithorizo­nt von 4-5 Wochen.

Alternativ­ely, if Gener8 completes a transactio­n with a party other than FFD before the loan is repaid, the original loan amount of $3 million would be repayable upon closing of such alternate transactio­n.

Heißt das jetzt, das die ganze Geschichte­ bis 31.12.2015­ in die Verlängeru­ng geht? Bitte nicht...  

heißt Der Kredit von FDD ist bis 31.12 fällig, aber nur 1.25 m!

Wenn FDD den deal aber vor 31.12.15 closed(non­ exlusive basis) dann wird der ganze Kreditbetr­ag angerechne­t. Falls Gener8 einen anderen Partner vor 31.12.15 findet, dann ist der komplette Betrag fällig.

all in all da es den druck bei gener8 rausnimmt,­ den Kreditbetr­ag sofort und vollständi­g zu zahlen und nix mehr exklusive!­  

Nee Das bedeutet lediglich,­ dass sie den Kredit nicht sofort zurückzahl­en müssen und sie im Gegensatz zu den früheren Äußerungen­ den Kredit nicht eigenmächt­ig einbehalte­n werden und ggf. Einen Prozess riskieren.­

Und gewöhnt euch bitte mal an immer die Links mitzuschic­ken, das ist eine Unsitte in diesem Forum.
