City Windmills Ltd. is pleased to announce the
signing of an agreement with Silvia Quandt & Cie.
AG to uplist the company on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange to Open Market - Entry Standard. The
first steps, namely compiling a prospectus­ and a
reverse split of the shares will commence shortly
- a minimum nominal value of shares of 1 Euro is
required, therefore notice of an EGM to conduct a
10:1 reverse split will be circulated­ by month-end.­

This step by the company will allow for better
liquidity and depth of trading of its shares on
both XETRA and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as
City Windmills continues to build as a company
ahead of manufactur­ing next year.
