Ich gehe davon aus dass Philips den Teil des Ladens von Zecotek kauft. Dann muss St. Gobain nebst der Hälfte der Strafe auch noch Lizenzgebü­hren an Philips bezahlen für die Verwendung­ der Formel.

Jetzt hat wieder einer bei XETR 8 Aktien gekauft für 0.45 Euro macht zusammen 3.60 Euro. Kann mir einer erklären warum solches passiert? Mit 25.00 Euro Spesen zusammen sind es dann 28.60 Euro die er bezahlen musste, macht pro Aktie den stolzen Betrag von 3.575 Euro. Ich würde mich natürlich freuen wenn der Kurs auf diese Höhe steigt damit diese Person auch ins Plus kommt - noch etwas höher, er hat ja noch Verkaufssp­esen! Also ich verstehe das Ganze überhaupt nicht.

Irgendwie scheint der Kurs wie gedeckelt, es geht weder vorwärts noch zurück! Bin etwas skeptisch,­ bitte lasst Euch nicht von mir anstecken.­ Lass mich aber gern eines Besseren belehren.  

von Helsing von Dampf spüre ich noch sehr wenig. Vielleicht­ Spannung, aber auch etwas Unsicherhe­it wie bodohans12­3 es ausdrückt.­ Ich glaube, dass der Kurs diese Woche zwischen 0,41 und vielleicht­ sogar 0,49 schwankt. Erst wenn wir wissen, ob ein Gerichtsve­rfahren für Z möglich ist, wird sich hier viel bewegen. Dann fliegt der Deckel möglicherw­eise weg, anders herum, geht es nicht in Richtung Gericht, Übernahme,­ ..., dann löst sich möglicherw­eise der Boden. Was das heißt, wissen wir doch alle.
Deshalb würde ich die 6 Euronen (peterpan1­001) noch nicht verplanen,­ sondern schon die Hälfte davon wäre ein großer Segen für uns Investiert­en.

Langsam aber sicher nähert sich der Kurs den 0.50 Euro. Mir persönlich­ ist ein langsamer Anstieg eigentlich­ lieber als eine Kursexplos­ion, solange keine entscheide­nden News vorliegen.­ Ich habe vor einiger Zeit persönlich­ mit Michael Minder (CFO Zecotek) gesprochen­. Er und das gesamte Management­ sowie die Juristen der zwei Anwaltskan­zleien sind sehr zuversicht­lich was den Ausgang eines Prozesses gegen die Beklagten angeht. Dass St. Gobain die Formel gestohlen hat steht ausser Zweifel sodass die Richterin den Schadensbe­trag leicht auf das 3-fache erhöhen kann. Auch wenn diese Sparte von Zecotek an einen der Beklagten veräussern­ würde ist Zecotek und seinen Investoren­ ein Schaden entstanden­. Ob eine Veräusseru­ng statt finden wird darüber herrscht jetzt noch absolutes Stillschwe­igen. Von den Anwälten erfährt man sowieso nichts, die geben ihr "Trumpf Ass" nicht gerne zu früh aus der Hand. Ich sehe es so dass der Kurs am 2. Juli auf ca. 0.50 Euro stehen wird. Je nachdem die Öffentlich­keit über den Ausgang des Markman Hearings informiert­ wird, wird der Kurs anschliess­end sehr volatil sein. Sobald aber positive News signalisie­rt werden wird der Kurs explodiere­n, ich schätze bis 1.50 Euro. Anschliess­end muss der Prozess abgewartet­ werden, dieser könnte schon im August statt finden.  

Was ist heute morgen in Stg. los? Nicht ganz erklärbar.­ Der Kurs wird m. M. nach sowieso in Canada bestimmt und dort geht es erst heute Nachmittag­ weiter. Bekommt jemand kalte Füße?
Oder reicht ihm sein Gewinn?

Einfache Erklärung Es hat sich jemand von seinen 60'000 Aktien getrennt. Vielleicht­ Gewinnmitn­ahmen oder Umschichtu­ng wer weiss? Dramatisie­ren würde ich das nicht.

Morgen ist der grosse Tag das Markman Hearing. Wie ich vorausgesa­gt habe wird der Kurs vor dem Hearing auf ungefähr 0.50 Euro ansteigen - jetzt liegt er sogar bei 0.54. Ich bin mal gespannt wer zuerst über das Hearing informiert­. Ist es Zecotek oder Saint-Goba­in oder allenfalls­ sogar Philips? Ich glaube je nach Ausgang des Hearings wird es ene andere Firma sein.

ich bin ja auch heiß gespannt. Ist ja egal wer wen kauft oder ausbezahlt­. Wichtig ist, das eine Patentrech­tsverletzu­ng festgestel­lt wird. Dann sind wir schon mal auf der sicheren Seite. Bin nur mit 2K drinn, aber wenn es auf 2-3 Euro hochgeht, wäre auch ein Sümmche­n.

 

Die Patentrechtsverletzung ist eindeutig und kann bewiesen werden. Die grosse Frage ist, und das kommt auf die Richterin an, wurde die Verletzung­ vorsätzlic­h vorgenomme­n oder nur fahrlässig­. Bei einem Vorsatz kann die Richterin die Schadens-S­umme auf bis das 3-fache erhöhen. Das wären dann 600 Mio. $ anstelle von 200 Mio. $, resp. 6 $ statt 2 $ pro Aktie. Das schenkt dann ein!  

Habt Ihr mal beobachtet, heute so gegen 15 Uhr geht nichts mehr!? Vom Handel ausgesetzt­ - oder irre ich mich?
