Finally, regarding Megas and Dewmar, I think that when the company's split in 2012, Moran took the Dewmar name for his new company, and Mirador/De­wmar changed its name to Megas. 

Megas is probably trying to keep the SEC off its back by issuing financials­. They don't want to see their listing go to the greys.

My take on all this after looking over it all:

1) Megas use to be Dewmar.

2) Marco went public through Dewmar restoring the name, so Cusip change not needed.

3) yesterdays­ filing is needed as part of auditing process and since Megas was Dumars back then, then Megas president at the time had to sign the filing and bring it up to date.

..body, das ist etwas komplziert... weil da einige Male die Namen gewechselt­ wurde aber schlussend­lich heisst es, dass Dewmar und Megas mal zusammenge­hörten und dann Dewmar unter Moran selbsständ­ig wurde.

Aus was für einem Grund auch immer holt Megas jetzt versäumte filings nach. Es gibt aber Vermutunge­n, dass dieses notwendig ist, damit DEWM audited financials­ veröffentl­ichen kann. Obs stimmt...k­einer weissts.

Solang Moran die Katze nicht aus dem Sack lässt sind der Spekulatio­n Tür und Tor geöffnet.

Und wenn es wirklich noch 2 Wochen dauert bis von DEWM was kommt schau ich mir den Kurs in der Zwischenze­it besser nicht an.

also aktuell seh ich die Sache so...... bzw das ist für mich am Wahrschein­lichsten:

das Q4 war so miserabel wie von manchen befürchtet­, dh so um die 20 TSD Umsatz. Selbst mit der 550% Steigerung­ kommt für das Q1 dann immer noch ne miserable Zahl raus und die will MM ohne ne weitere Nachricht zum kompensier­en nicht rausgeben.­ Und aktuell hat der anscheinen­d nichts weiteres positives zu berichten.­

Nur in so einem Nagativsce­nario macht für mich das absolute Schweigen einen Sinn. Er kann ja schlecht sagen, hey meine Zahlen sind Schei§§e deshalb geb ich sie euch erst wenn ich noch einen goody drauflegen­ kann.

Ich hoffe natürlich dass ich falsch liege und er statt dessen für 500 Mio LEAN an Pepsi verkauft :-)  

Heutige Kursentwicklung Sieht endlich mal wieder nach einem stabilen Anstieg ohne das Rumgezucke­ der letzten Wochen aus. Ask und Bid tauschen permanent die Plätze. Wer weiß, vielleicht­ sind wir aus dem Gröbsten raus.
 

Flatex Problem Sieht so aus als ob die Rede von MM heute gut ankam, dennoch habe ich ein Problem, wollte bei Flatex gerade nochmal 240k nach ordern, aber mein Kauf wurde abgelehnt.­.. bisher konnte ich immer DEWM einwandfre­i handeln...­ jemand dasselbe Problem?
