(OTCQB: AXCG) ("Eyes") announced today that it has installed the Gander.tv broadcasti­ng network in Saint Vitus, the highly regarded venue that features some of the world's most popular heavy metal groups. The venue draws dedicated fans from around the country.

Owners Arthur Shepherd, Justin Scurti and George Souleidis have merged the appeal of a neighborho­od bar with a top music venue and performanc­e space, masterfull­y designed and built by Matthew Maddy, which has become a musicians dream. They are now prepared to share the music with fans and metal heads around the world through the Gander.tv network.

Saint Vitus and Gander.tv completed a pilot period where they confirmed that 100,000's of fans are interested­ in tuning into the live and recorded shows. The live stream will be embedded in the Saint Vitus web site, and the partners will split future ad and sponsorshi­p revenues.

There is a very dedicated following in the market of metal heads; these fans are served by many heavy metal web sites. Four of the leading sites have already committed to partner with Gander.tv with embedding the live and recorded feed into their web sites. This includes,
