Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG, a leading specialist in clean energy storage solutions, won Oliver Krautscheid as a new member of the Supervisory Board as of 13 January 2011. He is successor of Jens Spyrka who has left the Supervisory Board effective on 31 December 2010. The confirmation of Krautscheid will occur at the next Annual General Meeting on 21 June 2011.
Until 2004, Krautscheid was a Partner with the audit firm KPMG in Frankfurt. Since then, he has been an investment advisor for equity participations in companies for large family offices. Krautscheid has over 10 years of experience as Board Member of various companies. Currently he is a General Manager of a family holding, which he co-founded. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board with EPG Engineered nanoProducts Germany AG, Griesheim – listed in the Entry Standard and President of the Board with Corporate Equity Partners AG, Zug – listed in Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Ist es aber nicht - Cashmittel sichern den Kurs gut ab. Nennwert der Aktie liegt 70% höher - wenn mögliche Kapitalerhöhung bei Beteiligung wurde schon mehrmals angesprochen.
Viele werden erst bei +100% draufspringen... war schon immer so...
