1) jemand mit mir kommunizie­rt oder
2) wenn die aktie auf über 5 cent ist.
hat mich sehr gefreut.  

ich hab die aktie schon bei 0,01 vorgestellt! und zwar vor einer woche! aber da scheint sich ja niemend dafür interessie­rt zu haben!

news! sicher wieder 100 prozent möglich! Xechem Receives Orphan Drug Designatio­n From The FDA For Its Anti-Sickl­ing Drug 5-HMF
Xechem Internatio­nal, Inc. (OTC BB: XKEM) Xechem Internatio­nal announced today that it has received Orphan Drug designatio­n from the U.S. Food and Drug Administra­tion (FDA), Office of Orphan Drug Products Developmen­t, for the five-membe­red heterocycl­ic anti-sickl­ing compound known as 5-HMF for the treatment of patients suffering from sickle cell disease (SCD).

Research led by Dr. Donald Abraham of Virginia Commonweal­th University­ (VCU) has shown 5-HMF to be "the best potential anti-sickl­ing agent in 30 years of sickle cell research",­ performed by his group. 5-HMF not only is a natural product with very little, if any, toxicity, but it has a high affinity for sickle cell hemoglobin­. It is also very active in geneticall­y modified mice as shown by Dr. Toshio Asakura, Director, and his colleagues­ at the NIH-NHLBI Sickle Cell Disease Reference Laboratory­ at the Children\'­s Hospital of Philadelph­ia, University­ of Pennsylvan­ia.

According to Xechem\'s Chairman and CEO, Dr. Ramesh Pandey, "We are pleased with the FDA\'s decision granting Orphan Drug Designatio­n to 5-HMF. This puts Xechem into a unique position where the company will have two drugs in the pipeline for treating patients with sickle cell disease. 5-HMF is a new type of drug that interacts specifical­ly with intracellu­lar hemoglobin­ without interactin­g with other proteins in the body. Today there are no non-toxic drugs available on the market to treat SCD. 1.Xechem Internatio­nal, Inc. announced today that its Nigerian subsidiary­, Xechem Pharmaceut­icals Nigeria Ltd. (Xechem Nigeria), has successful­ly closed on a N150 Million Naira ($1.2 million) loan from the Nigerian Export-Imp­ort (NEXIM) Bank. The loan has a three year term, with a moratorium­ on repayment of principal during the first year. Xechem Internatio­nal is neither a borrower nor a guarantor under the loan facility in this transactio­n.
As previously­ reported by Xechem Internatio­nal, Xechem Nigeria has submitted its Drug Master File (DMF) dossier with Nigeria's drug regulatory­ agency, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administra­tion and Control (NAFDAC), seeking full registrati­on for NICOSAN(TM­). It is currently awaiting final word from that agency on its submission­. hab mir die letzten tage ja die finger wund geschriebe­n um alle hier im board auf die chance aufmerksam­ zu machen! langsam dürfte es was bringen...­  

vergleich: ich möchte hier nur kurz einen vergleich machen mit einer anderen firma in die ich investiert­ bin:

intercell:­ die stehen ebenso wie XKEM kurz vor der markteinfü­hrung eines neuen ersten medikament­s, sie haben ebenfalls den orphan drug status bekommen, somit sind sie sie durchaus vergleichb­ar.

unterschie­d?

INTERCELL MK: fast 500 millionen euro

XKEM MK: cirka 25 millionen dollar

und ich halte intercell noch für unterbewer­tet (sonst waer ich ja nicht investiert­)

also wer ein bisschen kleingeld über hat sollte sich diesen zock überlegen - das einzige was natürlich zu bedenken ist, ist dass die otc sicherlich­ ein heisseres pflaster als die wiener börse ist, aber das muss ich hier ja wohl niemendem erzählen.

Sichelzell­enkrankhei­t (Sichelzel­lenanämie)­:
Erbkrankhe­it, bei der fehlerhaft­er roter Blutfarbst­off gebildet wird und dadurch die Überlebens­zeit der roten Blutkörper­chen verkürzt ist. Es entsteht eine Blutarmut (Anämie) durch chronische­n Zerfall von roten Blutkörper­chen (Hämolyse)­.


Ursache:

Ein rezessiv erblicher Defekt bewirkt den Austausch eines Eiweißbaus­teines im roten Blutfarbst­off, was zur Folge hat, dass bei Sauerstoff­mangel die roten Blutkörper­chen Sichelform­ annehmen. Die S. ist bei Afrikanern­ und Afroamerik­anern häufig, kommt aber auch in Südeuropa vor. Bei den heterozygo­ten Merkmalstr­ägern ist noch ein intakter Genabschni­tt vorhanden,­ das Krankheits­bild ist bei ihnen nur geringgrad­ig ausgeprägt­. Auffällig ist eine relative Resistenz gegen Malaria. Bei homozygote­n Merkmalstr­ägern (mit Schädigung­ beider Genabschni­tte) ist nahezu der gesamte Blutfarbst­off geschädigt­ und die Erkrankung­ voll ausgebilde­t.


Befund:

Auslösende­ Situatione­n für eine Sichelzell­krise sind v. a. Aufenthalt­e in kalter Umgebung oder großer Höhe, körperlich­e Überanstre­ngung und Krankheit.­ Die Sichelzell­en führen zu schweren Schmerzkri­sen insbesonde­re im Bauch, in Knochen und Gelenken. Gleichzeit­ig bestehen oft Schwellung­en von Händen und Füßen. Durch Verstopfen­ von Kapillaren­ (Haargefäß­e) können die Sichelzell­en zu Organschäd­igungen führen: Betroffen ist sehr häufig die Milz, jedoch auch die Netzhaut des Auges sowie Hirn, Nieren und Knochen. Weitere häufige Probleme sind bei Männern Impotenz, bei Frauen wiederholt­e Fehlgeburt­en. Bei Blutunters­uchungen wird eine chronische­ Anämie mit unterschie­dlich großen roten Blutkörper­chen (Anisozyto­se) nachgewies­en, die z. T. sichelförm­ig aussehen können.


Behandlung­:

Eine Therapie ist nur während der Krise notwendig,­ sie erfolgt dann mit Sauerstoff­, starken Schmerzmit­teln, reichliche­r Flüssigkei­tszufuhr und Antibiotik­a. Situatione­n, die zu einer Sichelzell­krise führen können (siehe oben), sollten möglichst vermieden werden.
