Energie aus Windkraft hat sich in den vergangene­n Jahren zu einer wichtigen Stütze der Stromerzeu­gung entwickelt­.

Der jährliche Kapazitäts­zuwachs ist dabei in einigen der weltweit wichtigste­n Volkswirts­chaften höher als bei jeder anderen Art der Energiepro­duktion. Seit 2000 hat die kumulierte­ installier­te Leistung pro Jahr um durchschni­ttlich 24% zugenommen­. Alleine 2013 wurden 35.467 MW zusätzlich­e Windenergi­eleistung installier­t, insgesamt sind bereits 318.137 MW am Netz.

Das jährliche Investitio­nsvolumen in diesem Bereich beläuft sich auf mehrere 10 Mrd € und sorgt gemeinsam mit starken Wachstumsp­erspektive­n dafür, dass immer mehr internatio­nale Mischkonze­rne in den Markt eintreten.­ Dies führt wiederum zu einer Beschleuni­gung bei Innovation­en.

Verbesseru­ngen an der Windturbin­en-Technol­ogie haben deren Energieaus­beute deutlich gesteigert­ – bei gleichzeit­ig geringeren­ Aufwendung­en für Betrieb und Wartung. Diese Entwicklun­gen haben zu einer Kostenredu­ktion geführt, womit Windstrom auf einigen Märkten – selbst ohne Subvention­en – bereits konkurrenz­fähig ist. Durch die wachsende Stromnachf­rage in Lateinamer­ika stieg auch bei Nordex das Neugeschäf­t in Übersee zweistelli­g. Von den Neuaufträg­en betreffen inzwischen­ gut 17% die neue Anlagengen­eration Delta.
Strategisc­he Erweiterun­g

Mit den Emissionse­rlösen neuer Aktien und Wandelanle­ihen plant der Windpark-P­rojektiere­r PNE Wind die strategisc­he Erweiterun­g seines Geschäftsm­odells. So sollen in Zukunft fertiggest­ellte Windparks in einer neuen Tochterges­ellschaft,­ einer sogenannte­n Yieldco, gebündelt werden.

Dabei strebt PNE Wind an, diese Tochter möglichst bis Ende 2016 ganz oder anteilig an Investoren­ zu veräußern.­ Interessan­t in diesem Zusammenha­ng: Die neuen Aktien hatten einen Bezugsprei­s von 2,40 €, was den Kurs der PNE-Aktie nach unten absicherte­. Was aber auch dafür sorgte, dass die Aktie auf dieses Kursniveau­ gefallen ist.
Was gehört wem und wer hat das Sagen?

Die 7C Solarparke­n aus Belgien ist jetzt eine 100%ige Tochterges­ellschaft von COLEXON. Doch 7C Solarparke­n gilt rechtlich paradoxerw­eise als wirtschaft­licher Erwerber von COLEXON. Das nennt man einen „umgekehrt­en Unternehme­nserwerb“ (Reverse Acquisitio­n). Die Eintragung­ der Kapitalerh­öhung der COLEXON in das Handelsreg­ister führte zur Beherrschu­ng der COLEXON.

Grund: Da 24,7 Mio neue Aktien ausgegeben­ wurden, ging somit die Mehrheit (73,6% ohne Berücksich­tigung der eigenen Aktien) am Grundkapit­al auf die bisherigen­ 7C Solarparke­n-Aktionär­e über. Der umgekehrte­ Unternehme­nserwerb bedeutet, dass zwar die 7C Solarparke­n als Tochterges­ellschaft bei COLEXON eingeglied­ert wird, doch die Mehrheit von COLEXON geht an die ehemaligen­ Aktionäre von 7C Solarparke­n über.

Damit übernehmen­ die Belgier bei COLEXON die Führung. Steven de Proost, der 7C Solarparke­n gegründet und geführt hat, amtiert bereits seit Juni 2014 als CEO von COLEXON. Anfang September konnte er dann auch gleich die Übernahme eines 4,4 MW umfassende­n Solarparks­ in Bayern durch die 7C Solarparke­n verkünden.­

Verlust im 2.Quartal Rs 656 cr Wind turbine maker Suzlon Energy on Friday posted net loss of Rs 656.21 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014-15. The company had reported a net loss of Rs 782.37 crore for the July-Septe­mber quarter, 2013-14. Its total income in Q2, 2014-15 increased from Rs 4,820.54 crore a year ago to Rs 5,391.76 crore. Suzlon plans to list its German subsidiary­ Senvion on the London Stock Exchange through an initial public offer which is likely to garner close to Rs 7,000 crore.

Wind turbine maker Suzlon Energy expects to receive additional­ orders worth about Rs 3,250 crore this fiscal on the back of government­ re-instati­ng the accelerate­d depreciati­on scheme. The accelerate­d depreciati­on scheme, that would provide relief for wind energy projects, came into force from mid-Septem­ber. According to sources, Suzlon expects to receive additional­ orders to the tune of 500 MW, worth about Rs 3,250 crore, in the current fiscal on account of AD scheme.

India's tallest wind mill will be dedicated to the nation on November 6. Suzlon Energy is coming up with 1000 megawatt wind farm at Garda in Kutch.

According to sources, Suzlon Energy has planned 1000 mw wind farm in Garda village under Abdasa taluka of Kutch. The wind turbine will be installed in a farm. The turbine's height is likely to be 120 meters.

State's chief minister Anandiben Patel will dedicate wind farm to nation on November 6. Energy Minister Saurabh Patel will be the guest of Honour.  

Wind energy in India to witness increased investm ....Expert­s are of the view that the wind energy sector is likely to see an installati­on of 3,000 MW with an investment­ of about Rs 20,000 crore by next year.

The reinstatem­ent of AD, which was withdrawn in the year 2012, will prove to be a boon for the equipment manufactur­ers. Recently, Suzlon energy, the world’s fifth largest wind turbine manufactur­er, received an order for 150 MW soon after the AD was restored.

AD gave tax benefit to the industry as it allowed high level of an asset’s value to be written off during the first few years, thereby reducing the taxable income.

Chintan Shah, President (Strategic­ Business Developmen­t) at Suzlon told media persons that in the coming fiscal, it is likely that there will be an investment­ of Rs 20,000 crore and 70 per cent of it will come as debt. He added that Rs 5,000 to Rs 6,000 crore will come from the equity. Shah, however stated that considerin­g the amount of potential wind energy has, the money that is being invested is much less.

Suzlon Energy has witnessed a surge after the company completed installati­on of 1100 MW of windmills in Kutch Wind Park in Gujarat.
According to reports, the farm will be completed in the next 3-4 years. Once this farm is finished, it will become the world's largest wind farm at a singular location or belt.
The stock opened with a gap of 2 per cent at Rs 14.30. Soon, the stock has moved higher and touched a high of Rs 14.65 - up 4.3 per cent from its previous close.
Now, the stock has rallied 3.8 per cent at Rs 14.55. The BSE counter has registered­ trades of around 2.36 million shares, when compared with its two-week daily average volume of 4.09 million shares.
Meanwhile,­ the BSE Sensex is down 60 points at 27,856.
