Seit einiger Zeit beobachte ich diese Aktie. Sie kommt aus dem Nichts und bewegt sich kontinuierlich nach oben. Zum Wochenende nun an der US-Börse + 77,78 % bei 28,7 Mio. Stück gehandelten Aktien auf 0,064. Man vertreibt einen exclusiven Business-Chip und der scheint vermutlich so stark gefragt, daß man mit der Produktion nicht nachkommt. Die bekannte Patriot-Aktie (siehe WKN 899459) wurde bereits beim Kurs weit überholt.

This huge jump in revenues comes in parallel with an increase in marketing and advertising expenses for the second quarter lower than 300%, relative to the first quarter of the year.
In addition, Shelron reports a decrease in consulting fees of more than 60% for the second quarter when compared to the first quarter of the year, from $459,987 to $157,601, respectively, bringing about an over 60% decrease in net loss from $605,100 to $234,463, respectively.
Company's current assets at June 30, 2005 are reported at $1,147,823, primarily composed by a cash balance of $1,040,150. On July 16, 2005 the Company entered into an additional subscription agreement for additional proceeds of $300,000, received on the same month
As of June 30, 2005 Shelron's current liabilities include a deferred liability to a shareholder in the amount of $382,966, which is likely to be converted into restricted shares of common stock according to the notice received from the shareholder in this respect and as subjected to the terms in discussion and the approval by the Company's board of directors. If the deferred liability is converted, the Company will no longer have a repayment obligation relating to this amount that represents approximately 60% of the Company's current liabilities at June 30, 2005.

Mit SHRN gehts wieder nach oben,...
Nach den letzten Tagen, in denen der Kurs von Shelron Group doch sehr gelitten hat, ist nun wieder ein Trend in den positiven Bereich zu spüren.
Gestern gab es in America ein plus von +12,4% bei einem volume von 1,16mio shares und heute liegen sie zur Zeit bei +7,15% bei knapp 0,5 mio shares.
