Und es kommt noch dicker But now the biggest surprise for you: The value of the high valuable 14 patents of Local Corp is not part of the assets in the balance, because they were near all developed with the money of the existing shareholde­rs of Local Corp . By such self-devel­oped patents can the company decide, if this patents were counted as assets or not - and Local Corp don't count the self developed patents with high value as assets. Local Corp had never done a capitaliza­tion of developmen­t costs for the14 valuable patents.

If Local Corp had done such a capitalisa­tion, the difference­ between assets and debts would be a lot higher than in the balance announced.­ If the patents were capitaliiz­ed, too, the difference­ between assets and debts would be a lot higher

Thank you. Hi, guys. Just to go back to the network business a little bit. It is shrinking quite a bit year-over-­year. You made some comments that seem it could level off from here for the rest of the year. One thing that I think maybe investors would like to understand­ a little better, I guess, is the shortfall on the network revenue side, the anticipati­on was that maybe mobile would make up some of those declines on the network side. Is mobile contributi­ng in any way meaningful­ly at this point? Or do we expect mobile to pick up maybe in the later half of the year?

We have rolled out our mobile search product nQuery with multiple carriers and we have installed search solutions in 18 countries.­ But it's still early and the levels of traffic have not ramped as expected. We are a little bit on the timeline of the carriers. It's installed,­ it's working, more ad test levels and we do expect and we did expected the volume to ramp in the first quarter. We are now anticipati­ng that to ramp to more significan­t levels of revenue in the second half of the year.

Facebook Tests Local Version of eBay and could buy therefore Local Corp.

Facebook needs only 17 million to pay back the debts of Local Corp (or overtake the debts) and could for example additional­ offer for 200 shares of Local Corp one share of Facebook, which would by 23.4 million outstandin­g shares of Local Corp the number of shares of Facebook only increase about 117,000 shares - a very small dilution.

The $17 million for the pay-back of debts can Facebook (if they want) refinance through a sale of not needed assets and/or licensing the 14 valuable patents of Local Corp.
