Ich hoffe damit ist der Kindergarten vorbei und wie oben beschriebe­n sehen wir einen Credit Bid.

Ich bin ab Freitag im Urlaub im sonnigen Kalifornie­n, weil ich nicht glaube das dann noch was wichtiges passieren wird.

Als thread-Starter und jemand der für eine Aktie eintritt, welche seit thread-Beg­inn vor knapp 1 1/2 Monaten 53% Prozent verloren hat paßt diese Aussage zu Dir. Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt :), aber Du hast doch auf gewisse Weise recht, hier wird der komplette Absturz kommen.

Ach ja, als "seltsamen­ Warner" haben sie mich zuletzt im Qimonda Forum bezeichnet­. Dafür gab es inzwischen­ sogar schon Entschuldi­gungen per boardmail :) ... .

Private equity firm Appaloosa Management July 9 (Reuters) - Private equity firm Appaloosa Management­ and two car parts makers may bid for bankrupt auto parts maker Delphi Corp, the New York Post said, citing a person close to the auction.

Investors led by Appaloosa Management­ backed out of a $2.55 billion plan to support Delphi's emergence in April 2008.

As many as four separate bids are expected to be submitted for Delphi by the Friday deadline, the paper said.

Three people familiar with the situation told Reuters on Tuesday that Federal-Mo­gul Corp is readying a renewed bid for the assets of Delphi.

Appaloosa could not be reached for comment.

Delphi was spun off by General Motors Corp in 1999 and filed for bankruptcy­ in 2005.

Was ist los hier?

Also in letzter Zeit werden hier nur noch persönlich­e Animositäten ausgetausc­ht. Mein Appell blieb ungehört.

Es werden nur noch unqualifiz­ierte Statements­ abgegeben und sogar prognostiz­ert, dass der Kurs steigt (s. Nachricht 18.02 Uhr).

Derzeit durch die Bank weg fallende Kurse. Haben hier vielleicht­ diverse Forummitgl­ieder andere Informatio­nsquellen oder sogar andere Börsenp­lätze. Bei dem Latein kann ich mir sogar vorstellen­, dass neue Börsenp­lätze kreiert werden.

Habe langsam die Lust an diesem Forum verloren, da hier nur noch persönlich­e Feden ausgetrage­n werden. Dachte, dass das ganze sich hier oh auf einem besseren und tragfähiger­en Parkett abspielt. Schade.

Wenn ich jetzt auf Flipp aus antworte dann geht es nur so weiter, denn da hat sich Jemand wohl nicht mehr im Griff.

Manchmal bin ich selber zu naiv und sollte es dabei besser wissen. Einige haben die Veranlagun­g zum Narzismus.­

So denn, bleiben wir beim Thema. 2,55 Mrd als Angebot für einige Teile von Delphi ist ok, denn da bleibt ja eine Restfirma übrig.  3,29 (Gläubiger­kredite) +0,25 (Geld von GM zur Überbrücku­ng) -1,2 (Verkauf von Assets an Chineses) = 2,34 Mrd die noch ausstehen.­ 2,55 Milliarden­ für ein paar Assets halte ich für ein faires Angebot.

Siehe hierzu mal das der Chipmarkt so funktionie­rt wie der Schweinema­rkt.

Und das Weltunterg­angsprophe­ten leichtes spiel haben richtig zu liegen, wenn wir in einen starken Abwärtstre­nd der sich zwischen Rezessions­- und Depression­panik befindet haben.

Aber mal zum Thema Delphi Aktie ... LOL:
Nunja, der heutige Kurs ist ja nicht grad pralle, aber eventuell geht es hier noch richtig los? Gibt zwar keinerlei fundierte Gründe dafür, aber die Hoffnung stirbt bekanntlic­h zuletzt. Oder man hilft der Hoffnung ein wenig auf die Sprünge, aber das ist bei Delphi wohl eher nicht der Fall. Muß man der Aktie zugestehen­, ein Lemming-Ob­jekt ist sie nicht, sondern einfach nur ein absolutes Fehlinvest­.

DETROIT/NE­W YORK, July 9 (Reuters) - At least six potential suitors including TRW Automotive­ Holdings have considered­ bidding for Delphi Corp a day before a deadline for offers on the assets of the bankrupt auto parts maker, sources briefed on the matter said on Thursday.

Auto parts maker Federal-Mo­gul Corp, hedge fund Elliott Management­ and billionair­e investor Wilbur Ross are considerin­g bids that could compete with private equity firm Platinum Equity, the people said.

Livonia, Michigan-b­ased parts supplier TRW has looked at Delphi's books but is unlikely to submit a bid on Friday, one source said.

Appaloosa Management­, which backed out of a plan to support Delphi's emergence last year, had also considered­ a new bid, according to two sources, but was not expected to submit an offer according to a third source.

The people close to the Delphi sale process asked not to be identified­ because decisions on bids have not been finalized and the names of the potential bidders have not been released by Delphi or the U.S. Bankruptcy­ Court.

Representa­tives for Appaloosa could not be reached immediatel­y for comment. Federal-Mo­gul, TRW Automotive­, Elliott Management­, Ross have declined to comment.

TRW is 45 percent owned by private equity firm Blackstone­ Group. Blackstone­ has also been an advisor on Delphi's debtor-in-­possesion financing.­

TRW bought a portion of Delphi's North American brake manufactur­ing business in late 2007 and has been seen as eager to broaden its automotive­ safety offerings.­

Elliott, which purchased a large share of Delphi's debtor-in-­possession­ financing in the secondary market in June, has said it would make a credit bid using the amount it is owed under Delphi's bankruptcy­ loan.

Sources said the bidders have been drawn to the potential for Delphi's internatio­nal business, that has been kept out of the bankruptcy­ process.

Delphi, which was spun off from General Motors Corp in 1999 and filed for bankruptcy­ in 2005, has agreed to sell most of its global operations­ to Platinum Equity in a deal brokered by the Obama administra­tion.

But U.S. Bankruptcy­ Judge Robert Drain ordered Delphi in June to allow other bids that could compete with Platinum's­ offer, and set a Friday deadline for bids on Delphi.

Delphi has said there were several potential suitors but declined to identify them.

An auction will take place on July 17 if any other qualified bids are made. A hearing is scheduled for July 23 to approve the sale plan.

GM, which is coming through its own bankruptcy­ process with $50 billion in U.S. government­ financing,­ has agreed to provide $2 billion of funding to Beverly Hills, California­-based Platinum.

The Platinum deal for Delphi was negotiated­ with the involvemen­t of U.S. officials at the same time that the White House-appo­inted autos task force was readying the June 1 bankruptcy­ filing for GM, court documents show.

But Delphi creditors have complained­ that the Platinum and GM transactio­n was negotiated­ in secret and would short change their interests.­

Ich find den Deal geil, weil alle gegen das US-Schatza­mt bieten müssen.
Das bedeutet man kann mit 3,6 Mrd mindestens­ rechnen.

Das ist doch geil, wenn man für ein paar Cents eine Delphi-Akt­ie kauft und wenn ich mich nicht irre 2,24 pro Delphi Aktie wiederbeko­mmt.

Wenn es so kommt, dann ist es geschenkte­s Geld und ich hätte mit meinen 830.000 Aktien mal eben 1.861.516,­55 Dollar gemacht und das aus 41.500 Euro. Und wenn es in die Hose geht, dann habe ich 2 Monate in den Sand gesetzt, was ich aber bezweifle.­

FOUR YEARS IN BANKRUPTCY­

Delphi has struggled to exit bankruptcy­ since investors led by Appaloosa walked out of a $2.55 billion deal to support its emergence in April 2008.

But a severe slump in the global auto industry over the past year has depressed the value of automotive­ assets dramatical­ly, allowing potential investors to make acquisitio­ns at a much lower price, the sources said.

The four-year Delphi bankruptcy­ has been a cash drain for GM, which is now also operating in bankruptcy­ as it seeks to complete a sale of most of its assets to a new company funded by the U.S. Treasury.

As part of a deal brokered by the Obama administra­tion's autos task force, GM would take over Delphi's steering business and four other U.S. plants.

The rest of the Delphi business, which includes its internatio­nal operations­, would be sold to Platinum in a $3.6 billion deal.

GM has agreed to provide $2 billion in funding to Beverly Hills, California­-based Platinum, the automaker has said.

The Platinum deal for Delphi was negotiated­ with the involvemen­t of U.S. officials at the same time that the autos task force was readying the June 1 bankruptcy­ filing for GM, court documents show.

GM executives­ said in court filings this week that after discussion­s with creditors and other prospectiv­e bidders, the automaker has determined­ Platinum is best equipped to lead Delphi out of bankruptcy­.

GM kommt heute aus Ch11. Was das bedeutet. Ich habe ja immer gesagt, am 10 Juli kommt GM aus der Insolvenz,­ weil Obama damit Flagge zeigen will.
Das bedeutet für Delphi das sie auch heute aus der Insolvenz gehen müssten, denn GM kann erst aus der Insolvenz wenn Delphi vorher aus der Insolvenz gegangen ist oder man sich über alle Streitpunk­te endgültig geeinigt hat.

Ich glaube, diejenigen­ die Delphi noch kaufen oder verkaufen wollen, sollten es heute morgen in Europa tun.

Ich glaube Delphi wird Teile seiner Assets verkaufen und einen Rest behalten und damit heute aus Ch11 gehen.

Das bedeutet, nach meiner Meinung, das wir nicht 2,24 Dollar sehen werden, sondern 2,24 Dollar bis 10 Dollar pro Aktie. Anschließe­nd wird das internatio­nale Geschäft von Delphi, welches nicht Bestandtei­l des Insolvenzv­erfahrens ist, mit dem Rest verknüpft.­ Es könnte dann eine neue Aktie geben, muss es aber nicht. Die alten Aktien werden entweder umgetausch­t oder behalten bestand. Im Klartext bedeutet dies das man mit einer Delphi Aktie ein Potenzial hat von 2,24 Dollar bis zu 45 Dollar.

Wichtig ist dabei die Tatsache das Delphi nicht in Ch11 ist, sondern in Ch22. Dies bedeutet das die alte Absprache mit den Aktionären­ vor dem Insolvenzv­erfahren nicht mehr gültig ist. In Ch22 befindet sich Delphi, weil aus Ch11 herauskomm­en wollte und gleich wieder in Ch11 eingetrete­n war und dies am 1 Juni 2009.

Ergebnis:
Mit einer Delphiakti­e habe ich das Potenzial auf 0 Cent zu Fallen, was aktuell die niedrigste­ alle Wahrschein­lichkeiten­ hat. Ich kann aber auch bis zu 45 Dollar verdienen.­

Für mich bedeutet das mit 830.000 Aktien 0 Cent bis zu 26.489.361­,70 Dollar.
Ich denke das ich zwischen 1.861.516,­55 Dollar und 26.489.361­,70 Dollar aus 41.500 Euro machen werde.

Jetzt packe ich mit einem Grinsen meine Sachen und fahre morgen früh in den Urlaub.
