BIONDVAX developing universal Flu Vaccine (Phase3)
BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq: BVXV) is Phase 3 clinical phase biopharmaceutical company developing the M-001 Universal Flu Vaccine. M-001 is currently undergoing a pivotal, clinical efficacy, Phase 3 trial in about 12,400 participants. Results of the clinical trial are expected by the end of 2020.
M-001 is designed to provide multi-season and multi-strain protection against all human influenza virus strains, both seasonal and pandemic. In 7 completed clinical trials the vaccine was shown to be safe, well tolerated and immunogenic to a broad range of flu strains.

Das nenne ich mal kontinuierliche Entwicklung, die schon weit gediehen ist, bisher alles positiv verlaufen, Standort Israel, fünfstellige Anzahl Studienteilnehmer, Phase 3 und Ergebnisse noch dieses Jahr erwartet !

Schöne Bescherung am Heiligabend, Biondvax hat ein Offering vorgeschlagen. Erst den Kurs hochgezogen mit den News und "zufällig" gleich ein Offering hinterher. In meinen Augen alles von langer Hand vorbereitet. Mal sehen zu welchen Konditionen (Preis pro Aktie) das Offering kommen wird.

Herr Green hat vor kurzem eine sechsjährige Amtszeit als Senior Vice President Finance und CFO des globalen Impfstoffgeschäfts von GlaxoSmithKline plc (NYSE: GSK) abgeschlossen. Gleichzeitig schied Herr Isaac Devash aus dem Board of Directors aus.

BiondVax macht enorme Fortschritte bei der Entwicklung seiner Antikörpertherapien für Covid-19 und hat deshalb eine Kapitalerhöhung angekündigt. Die KE stellt also eine reine "Wachstumsinvestition" dar und wird daher von den Investoren positiv betrachtet.
Mr. Green mag ein "Kumpel" des CEO sein - das ist ja auch per se kein Vergehen. Darüber hinaus ist er aber ein ausgewiesener Experte in der relevanten Branche und ist bekannt dafür, dass er eine Reihe von Innovationen äußerst erfolgreich nach vorne gebracht hat.
